Abstract
【解決手段】 車両制御装置はは、先行車の走行状態に基づいて車速を制御する先行車追従制御機能を有し、エンジンの自動停止機能に対する禁止要求を出力する第1制御装置と、エンジンの自動停止機能を有する第2制御装置であって、前記先行車追従制御機能の異常時に前記第1制御装置から出力された前記禁止要求に反してエンジンの自動停止機能を維持する第2制御装置とを含む。

Claims (3)
- 先行車の走行状態に基づいて車速を制御する先行車追従制御機能を有し、エンジンの自動停止機能に対する禁止要求を出力する第1制御装置と、
エンジンの自動停止機能を有する第2制御装置であって、前記先行車追従制御機能の異常時に前記第1制御装置から出力された前記禁止要求に反してエンジンの自動停止機能を維持する第2制御装置とを含む、車両制御装置。 - 前記第1制御装置は、車速が所定車速以下である状況下で加速制御を行う場合に前記禁止要求を出力し、
前記第2制御装置は、車速が所定車速よりも大きい状況下で前記禁止要求が出力された場合に、前記先行車追従制御機能の異常を検出する、請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記第2制御装置は、前記先行車追従制御機能の異常時に前記第1制御装置から前記禁止要求が出力された場合、所定条件成立時にエンジンの自動停止機能を作動させる、請求項1又は2に記載の車両制御装置。
