Abstract
【解決手段】生体高分子物品のための添加剤、添加剤および生体高分子物品を形成する方法、および添加剤を含む、または添加剤を用い形成したシートに関するものである。添加剤は、添加剤の総重量の10〜90重量%で少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤、添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%で少なくとも1つの高分子着色剤濃縮物、および、添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%で少なくとも1つの担体樹脂を含む。

Claims (36)
- 生体高分子物品のための添加剤であって、
前記添加剤の総重量の10〜90重量%の少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤と、
担体樹脂に混ぜ合わされた少なくとも1つの顔料/染料であって、前記担体樹脂が前記添加剤の総重量の10〜90重量%である、前記顔料/染料と
を有する、添加剤。 - 請求項1記載の添加剤において、前記少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤はエチレン共重合体である、添加剤。
- 請求項1記載の添加剤において、前記少なくとも1つの顔料/染料はTio2系である、添加剤。
- 請求項1記載の添加剤において、前記少なくとも1つの担体樹脂はポリ乳酸ポリマー(PLA)、脂肪族−芳香族化合物のポリエステル類ポリマー、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシアルカノエート)ポリマー(PHA)、ポリカプロラクトン、および官能性ポリ乳酸から成る群から選択される材料である、添加剤。
- 請求項1記載の添加剤において、当該添加剤はペレットの形態である、添加剤。
- ペレットであって、
前記ペレットの総重量の10〜90重量%の少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤と、
前記ペレットの総重量の5〜50重量%の少なくとも1つの高分子着色剤濃縮物と、
前記ペレットの総重量の5〜50重量%の少なくとも1つの担体樹脂と
を有する、ペレット。 - 請求項6記載のペレットにおいて、前記少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤はエチレン共重合体である、ペレット。
- 請求項6記載のペレットにおいて、前記少なくとも1つの高分子着色剤濃縮物はTio2系である、ペレット。
- 請求項6記載のペレットにおいて、前記少なくとも1つの担体樹脂はポリ乳酸ポリマー(PLA)、脂肪族−芳香族化合物のポリエステル類ポリマー、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシアルカノエート)ポリマー(PHA)、ポリカプロラクトン、および官能性ポリ乳酸から成る群から選択される材料である、ペレット。
- 添加剤を形成する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤、少なくとも1つの高分子着色剤濃縮物、および少なくとも1つの担体樹脂を提供する工程と、
添加剤混合物を形成するために前記少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤、前記少なくとも1つの高分子着色剤濃縮物、および前記少なくとも1つの担体樹脂を混合する工程であって、前記少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤は前記添加剤混合物の総重量の10〜90重量%であり、前記少なくとも1つの高分子着色剤濃縮物は前記添加剤混合物の総重量の5〜50重量%であり、および前記少なくとも1つの担体樹脂は前記添加剤混合物の総重量の5〜50重量%である、前記混合する工程と、
前記添加剤混合物を形作る工程と
を有する方法。 - 生体高分子物品であって、
前記生体高分子物品の総重量パーセントの75〜92重量%の少なくとも1つの生体高分子樹脂と、
前記生体高分子物品の総重量パーセントの8〜25重量%の添加剤と
を有する生体高分子物品であり、前記添加剤は、
前記添加剤の総重量の10〜90重量%の少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤と、
前記添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%の少なくとも1つの高分子着色剤濃縮物と、
前記添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%の少なくとも1つの担体樹脂と
を有し、
前記生体高分子物品は所定の厚みおよび耐衝撃性を有するものである、生体高分子物品。 - 請求項11記載の物品において、前記所定の耐衝撃性は3〜150インチ−ポンドのガードナー衝撃値である、物品。
- 請求項11記載の物品において、前記所定の耐衝撃性は17インチ−ポンドまたはそれ以上のガードナー衝撃値である、物品。
- 請求項11記載の物品において、前記所定の耐衝撃性は30ミルの厚さで約17インチ−ポンドのガードナー衝撃値である、物品。
- 請求項11記載の物品において、前記所定の厚みは約10ミル〜80ミルの厚さである、物品。
- 請求項11記載の物品において、前記少なくとも1つの生体高分子樹脂は前記物品の総重量の70〜90重量%であり、前記少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤は前記物品の総重量の5〜15重量%であり、および前記少なくとも1つの高分子着色剤濃縮物は前記物品の総重量の5〜15重量%である、物品。
- 請求項11記載の物品において、前記担体樹脂は官能性ポリ乳酸ポリマーである、物品。
- 請求項11記載の物品において、前記生体高分子樹脂はポリ乳酸ポリマー(PLA)、脂肪族−芳香族化合物のポリエステル類ポリマー、およびポリ(3−ヒドロキシアルカノエート)ポリマー(PHA)から成る群から選択される樹脂である、物品。
- 請求項11記載の物品において、前記衝撃改質剤はエチレン共重合体である、物品。
- 請求項11記載の物品において、前記高分子着色剤濃縮物はTiO2である、物品。
- 深さ対幅の比率が10:1から1:4である、請求項11記載の物品。
- 深さ対幅の比率が10:1から2:1である、請求項11記載の物品。
- 深さ対幅の比率が8:1から4:1である、請求項11記載の物品。
- 深さ対幅の比率が2:1から1:4である、請求項11記載の物品。
- 請求項11記載の物品において、当該物品は複数の区画の分離カップに熱形成されているものであり、前記カップは深さ対幅の比率が10:1から2:1であり、前記複数の区画は個々の区画に分離するための刻み目が付けられているものである、物品。
- 生体高分子押出シートであって、
前記押出シートの総重量の70〜92重量%である少なくとも1つの生体高分子樹脂と、前記シートの総重量の8〜30重量%である添加剤とを有し、
前記添加剤は、
前記添加剤の総重量の10〜90重量%である少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤と、
前記添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%である少なくとも1つの高分子着色剤濃縮物と、
前記添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%である少なくとも1つの担体樹脂と
を有し、
前記押出シートは所定の厚みおよび耐衝撃性を有するものである、生体高分子押出シート。 - 請求項26記載のシートにおいて、前記生体高分子部分はポリ乳酸ポリマー(PLA)、脂肪族−芳香族化合物のポリエステル類ポリマー、およびポリ(3−ヒドロキシアルカノエート)ポリマー(PHA)から成る群から選択される材料である、シート。
- 請求項26記載のシートにおいて、前記所定の耐衝撃性は3〜150インチ−ポンドのガードナー衝撃値である、シート。
- 請求項26記載のシートにおいて、前記所定の耐衝撃性は17インチ−ポンドまたはそれ以上のガードナー衝撃値である、シート。
- 請求項26記載のシートにおいて、前記所定の耐衝撃性は30ミルの厚さで約17インチ−ポンドのガードナー衝撃値である、シート。
- 請求項26記載のシートにおいて、前記所定の厚みは約10ミル〜80ミルの厚さである、シート。
- 請求項26記載のシートにおいて、前記少なくとも1つの生体高分子樹脂は前記シートの総重量の70〜90重量%であり、前記少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤は前記シートの総重量の5〜15重量%であり、および前記少なくとも1つの高分子着色剤濃縮物は前記シートの総重量の5〜15重量%である、シート。
- 請求項26記載のシートにおいて、前記生体高分子樹脂はポリ乳酸ポリマー(PLA)、脂肪族−芳香族化合物のポリエステル類ポリマー、およびポリ(3−ヒドロキシアルカノエート)ポリマー(PHA)から成る群から選択される樹脂である、シート。
- 請求項26記載のシートにおいて、前記衝撃改質剤はエチレン共重合体である、シート。
- 請求項26記載のシートにおいて、前記高分子着色剤濃縮物はTiO2である、シート。
- 請求項26記載のシートにおいて、前記担体樹脂は官能性ポリ乳酸ポリマーである、シート。
