Claims (22)
- 生体高分子物品のための添加剤であって、
前記添加剤の総重量の10〜90重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つのエチレン共重合体衝撃改質剤と、
顔料または染料と、
前記添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つの担体樹脂と
を有し、前記少なくとも1つの担体樹脂は、脂肪族−芳香族のポリエステル類ポリマーを有し、
前記生体高分子物品は食品包装のために設計されるものである、添加剤。 - 請求項1記載の添加剤において、前記顔料または染料はTiO2を有するものである、添加剤。
- 請求項1記載の添加剤において、前記添加剤はペレット形態である、添加剤。
- 請求項1記載の添加剤において、前記添加剤は、生体高分子物品に添加されると、3〜150インチ−ポンド(0.34〜16.95J)のガードナー衝撃値を有する生体高分子物品を提供するように構成されるものである、添加剤。
- 生体高分子物品のためのペレットであって、
前記ペレットの総重量の10〜90重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つのエチレン共重合体衝撃改質剤と、
顔料または染料と、
前記ペレットの総重量の5〜50重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つの担体樹脂と
を有し、前記少なくとも1つの担体樹脂は脂肪族−芳香族のポリエステル類ポリマーを有するものであり、および、前記ペレットを含む任意の生体高分子物品が3〜150インチ−ポンド(0.34〜16.95J)のガードナー衝撃値を有し、
前記生体高分子物品は食品包装のために設計されるものである、ペレット。 - 請求項5記載のペレットにおいて、前記顔料または染料はTiO2を有するものである、ペレット。
- 生体高分子物品のための添加剤を形成する方法であって、
添加剤混合物を形成するために、エチレン共重合体を有する少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤と、顔料または染料と、脂肪族−芳香族のポリエステル類ポリマーを有する少なくとも1つの担体樹脂とを混合する工程であって、前記少なくとも1つの衝撃改質剤は前記添加剤混合物の総重量の10〜90重量%の量で存在し、および前記少なくとも1つの担体樹脂は前記添加剤混合物の総重量の5〜50重量%の量で存在する、前記混合する工程と、
前記添加剤混合物を形作る工程とを有し、
前記生体高分子物品は食品包装のために設計されるものである、方法。 - 生体高分子物品であって、
前記生体高分子物品の総重量パーセントの75〜92重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つの生体高分子樹脂と、
前記生体高分子物品の総重量パーセントの8〜25重量%の量で存在する添加剤と
を有し、前記添加剤は、
前記添加剤の総重量の10〜90重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つのエチレン共重合体衝撃改質剤と、
顔料または染料と、
前記添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つの担体樹脂と
を有し、前記担体樹脂は脂肪族−芳香族のポリエステル類ポリマーを有するものであり、それによって、前記生体高分子物品は、10ミル〜80ミル(0.25mm〜2.03mm)の厚さ、深さおよび幅、並びに3〜150インチ−ポンド(0.34〜16.95J)のガードナー衝撃値を有する耐衝撃性を有するものである、
生体高分子物品。 - 請求項8記載の物品において、前記耐衝撃性は30ミルの厚さで17インチ−ポンド(0.76mmの厚さで1.92J)のガードナー衝撃値である、物品。
- 請求項8記載の物品において、前記顔料または染料はTiO2を有するものである、物品。
- 10:1から1:4の深さ対幅比率を有する請求項8記載の物品。
- 10:1から2:1の深さ対幅比率を有する請求項8記載の物品。
- 8:1から4:1の深さ対幅比率を有する請求項8記載の物品。
- 2:1から1:4の深さ対幅比率を有する請求項8記載の物品。
- 請求項8記載の物品において、当該物品は複数の区画の分離カップに熱形成されているものであり、前記カップは深さ対幅の比率が10:1から2:1であり、前記複数の区画は個々の区画に分離するための刻み目が付けられているものである、物品。
- 生体高分子押出シートであって、
前記押出シートの総重量の70〜92重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つの生体高分子樹脂と、前記シートの総重量の8〜30重量%の量で存在する添加剤とを有し、
前記添加剤は、
前記添加剤の総重量の10〜90重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つのエチレン共重合体衝撃改質剤と、
顔料または染料と、
前記添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つの担体樹脂とを有し、
前記生体高分子樹脂は、ポリ乳酸ポリマー(PLA)、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシアルカノエート)ポリマー(PHA)、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料であり、
前記少なくとも1つの担体樹脂は脂肪族−芳香族のポリエステル類ポリマーを有するものであり、および、前記押出シートは10ミル〜80ミル(0.25mm〜2.03mm)の厚さ、および3〜150インチ−ポンド(0.34〜16.95J)のガードナー衝撃値を有するものである、
生体高分子押出シート。 - 請求項16記載のシートにおいて、前記耐衝撃性は30ミルの厚さで17インチ−ポンド(0.76mmの厚さで1.92J)のガードナー衝撃値である、シート。
- 請求項16記載のシートにおいて、前記顔料または染料はTiO2を有するものである、シート。
- 生体高分子物品であって、
前記生体高分子物品の総重量パーセントの75〜92重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つの生体高分子樹脂と、
前記生体高分子物品の総重量パーセントの8〜25重量%の量で存在する添加剤と
を有し、前記添加剤は、
前記添加剤の総重量の10〜90重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つのエチレン共重合体衝撃改質剤と、
前記添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%の量で存在する顔料または染料と、
前記添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つの担体樹脂と
を有し、前記担体樹脂は脂肪族−芳香族のポリエステル類ポリマーを有するものであり、それによって、前記生体高分子物品は、10ミル〜80ミル(0.25mm〜2.03mm)の厚さ、並びに3〜150インチ−ポンド(0.34〜16.95J)のガードナー衝撃値を有する耐衝撃性を有するものである、

前記添加剤の総重量の5〜50重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1つの担体樹脂と
を有し、前記生体高分子樹脂は、ポリ乳酸ポリマー(PLA)、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシアルカノエート)ポリマー(PHA)、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料であり、
前記少なくとも1つの担体樹脂は脂肪族−芳香族のポリエステル類ポリマーおよびポリ乳酸ポリマーの混合物を有するものであり、これにより前記押出シートは10ミル〜80ミル(0.25mm〜2.03mm)の厚さ、および3〜150インチ−ポンド(0.34〜16.95J)のガードナー衝撃値を有するものである、
