Abstract
Description
リチウム二次電池のパウチ外装材であって、
前記外装材は内部樹脂層、中間樹脂層、外部樹脂層が積層されてなるパウチ外装材を提供する。
このとき、前記パウチ外装材は、中間樹脂層としてアクリレート−ウレタン系樹脂またはエポキシ系樹脂を含む。
電極組立体;及び前記電極組立体を収容する前記パウチ外装材を含むパウチ型二次電池を提供する。
以下で、本発明を、図を参照しつつさらに詳しく説明する。

Claims (12)
- 二次電池のパウチ外装材であって、
前記外装材は、内部樹脂層、中間樹脂層、外部樹脂層が積層されてなるパウチ外装材。 - 前記内部樹脂層及び前記外部樹脂層は、それぞれ少なくとも一層以上からなる樹脂複合層である請求項1に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記内部樹脂層は、CPP、ポリプロピレン−ブチレン−エチレン三元共重合体、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、エチレンプロピレン共重合体、ポリエチレンとアクリル酸の共重合体及びポリプロピレンとアクリル酸の共重合体からなる群から選ばれる1種の単一層または2種以上の複合層を含む請求項1または請求項2に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記内部樹脂層の厚さは、10μmから100μmである請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記中間樹脂層は、アクリレート−ウレタン系樹脂またはエポキシ系樹脂を含む請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記アクリレート−ウレタン系樹脂は、アクリロニトリル系樹脂をさらに含む請求項5に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記中間樹脂層の厚さは、60μmから100μmである請求項1から請求項6の何れか一項に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記中間樹脂層は、樹脂を溶融または溶媒に溶解させてフィルム化した後、前記内部樹脂層に塗布またはラミネーティングして形成する請求項1から請求項7の何れか一項に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記外部樹脂層は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ナイロン、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)及び直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)の中から選ばれる1種の単一層または2種以上の複合層を含む請求項1から請求項8の何れか一項に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記外部樹脂層の厚さは、10μmから100μmである請求項1から請求項9の何れか一項に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 電極組立体;及び
前記電極組立体を収容する請求項1から請求項10の何れか一項に記載のパウチ外装材を含むパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記パウチ型二次電池は、中大型デバイスの電源が電池モジュールの単位電池として用いられる請求項11に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
