Abstract
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載の弁装置ならびに請求項10の上位概念部に記載の高圧ポンプに関する。
本発明の根底にある問題は、請求項1に記載の弁装置ならびに請求項10に記載の高圧ポンプによって解決される。有利な改良態様は、従属請求項に記載されている。さらに、本発明にとって重要な多数の特徴が、以下の説明および図面に認められる。これらの特徴は、単独でも、種々異なる組合せでも、それをさらに明示的に説明することなしに、本発明にとって重要となり得る。
Claims (10)
- 弁装置(22)であって、
ハウジング(30)と、流れ通路(38)と、該流れ通路(38)に配置された弁体(36)と、を備え、該弁体(36)は、前記弁装置(22)の閉鎖時に、シール部分(34)でハウジング側のシール座(32)に接触しており、
前記弁体(36)は、ハウジング側のガイド面(86)によって移動軸線(50)に沿ってガイドされていて、前記弁装置(22)の最大の開放時に、当接面(80)でハウジング側の移動制限面(78)に接触している弁装置において、
前記ガイド面(86)は、ガイドエレメント(58)に設けられており、
前記シール座(32)および前記移動制限面(78)は、前記ガイドエレメント(58)と別個に設けられていることを特徴とする、弁装置。 - 前記ガイドエレメント(58)は、打ち抜き加工部材の形態で製造されている、請求項1記載の弁装置(22)。
- 前記ガイドエレメント(58)と前記ハウジング(30)とは、摩擦接続および/または形状接続によって互いに結合されている、請求項1または2記載の弁装置(22)。
- 前記弁体(36)は、深絞り加工部材の形態で製造されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置(22)。
- 前記シール座(32)は、前記ハウジング(30)と別個のシール座エレメント(60)に設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置(22)。
- 前記シール座エレメント(60)と前記ハウジング(30)とは、摩擦接続および/または形状接続によって互いに結合されている、請求項5記載の弁装置(22)。
- 前記移動制限面(78)は、前記ハウジング(30)と別個の移動制限エレメント(56)に設けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置(22)。
- 前記移動制限エレメント(56)は、打ち抜き加工部材の形態で製造されている、請求項7記載の弁装置(22)。
- 前記移動制限エレメント(56)と前記ハウジング(30)とは、摩擦接続および/または形状接続によって互いに結合されている、請求項7または8記載の弁装置(22)。
- 内燃機関の燃料システム(10)の高圧ポンプ(24)であって、
前記高圧ポンプ(24)の圧送室(23)から燃料を流出させる流出弁を有する高圧ポンプにおいて、
前記流出弁は、請求項1から9までの少なくとも1項記載の弁装置(22)を有するかまたは弁装置(22)として形成されていることを特徴とする、高圧ポンプ。
