Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 発光する少なくとも1つの発光素子と、
光出射部と多角形断面を有する細長い中空基部とを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に挿入され、前記内部で固定される熱伝導性材料の折り畳みシートから形成される熱伝達装置と、
を含み、
前記熱伝達装置は、
前記少なくとも1つの発光素子が第1のセクション上に配置され、発光の際に前記少なくとも1つの発光素子から生成される熱を受け取る前記第1のセクションと、
前記ハウジングの内部に固定されると、生成された熱が前記ハウジングに熱伝達されるように前記ハウジングの前記細長い中空基部の内面と当接するように形成される外面を有する第2のセクションと、
を含む、照明デバイス。 - 前記熱伝達装置の前記第2のセクションの内面は、前記少なくとも1つの発光素子を制御する電気ドライバ回路を受ける、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記熱伝達装置は、前記熱伝導性材料の一枚のシートから形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記熱伝達装置に対し中心に配置され、前記熱伝達装置が前記ハウジング内に固定されると、前記熱伝達装置の前記第2のセクションの内面に外向きの圧力を提供するコアコンポーネントを更に含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記熱伝達装置の前記第1のセクションは、前記ハウジングの内部に固定されると、前記ハウジングの前記光出射部内で突出する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記熱伝達装置の前記第1のセクションは、前記熱伝達装置の前記第2のセクションに対して所定の内向角に配置される、請求項5に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記熱伝達装置の前記第1のセクションは、少なくとも1つの発光素子を取付けるために構成され、前記熱伝達装置の前記第2のセクションに対し第2の内向角に配置される延長部を含む、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記熱伝達装置の前記第1のセクションの前記内向角は、前記熱伝達装置の前記第2のセクションに対して制御可能である、請求項7に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記照明デバイスの前記光出射部を介して均一な光強度分布を出力するように、前記熱伝達装置の前記第1のセクションの前記内向角は、20°乃至80°であり、好適には15°乃至45°である、請求項5又は7に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記ハウジングは、ガラス、プラスチック、セラミック又はこれらの任意の組み合わせで作られている、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記熱伝達装置の前記第2のセクションの前記外面と前記ハウジングの前記細長い中空基部の前記内面との間に挟まれる熱界面材料層を更に含む、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 発光する少なくとも1つの発光素子を提供するステップと、
光出射部と多角形断面を有する細長い中空基部とを有するハウジングを提供するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの発光素子が配置される第1のセクションと、前記少なくとも1つの発光素子によって生成された熱を前記ハウジングに伝達する第2のセクションとを含み、折り畳み可能な熱伝導性シートで作られた熱伝達装置を提供するステップと、
前記熱伝達装置が前記ハウジングの前記細長い中空基部の前記多角形断面に一致するように、前記熱伝達装置を折り畳むステップと、
前記熱伝達装置を前記ハウジング内に挿入するステップと、
前記ハウジングの前記細長い中空基部の内面に当接するように前記熱伝達装置の外面を配置するステップと、
を含む、照明デバイスを形成する方法。 - 前記熱伝達装置の前記第1のセクションを、前記熱伝達装置の前記第2のセクションに対し所定の内向角に配置するステップを更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝達装置がコアコンポーネントの周りに折り畳まれて、中心に配置される前記コアコンポーネントを提供するステップを更に含み、前記コアコンポーネントは、前記熱伝達装置が前記ハウジングの内部に固定されると、前記熱伝達装置の前記第2のセクションの内面に外向きの圧力を提供する、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
