Description
Claims (13)
- 電球内に配されるための固体照明装置のためのキャリアであって、単一の平坦で成形可能な基板から形成されており全体的にチューブ形の形状に屈曲されている、キャリアにおいて、
前記キャリアを前記電球内に取り付けるための環状の取付部と、
前記環状の取付部に隣接する近位部から前記環状の取付部から離れた遠位部まで互いに概ね平行に延在していると共に、前記環状の取付部の接線方向において互いに分離されている2つ以上のストリップであって、各ストリップは前記取付部から離れる方向における長さと前記ストリップが前記取付部に接合される場所における前記接線方向の幅とを有し、前記長さは前記幅より少なくとも2倍長く、前記ストリップの少なくとも2つは前記遠位部において異なる長さを有する、ストリップと、
前記取付部から各ストリップに沿って固体照明装置のための少なくとも1つの指定された取付サイトまで延在する1つ以上の導電経路と、
前記取付サイトに取り付けられた固体照明装置と、
を有するキャリア。 - 前記長さが前記幅の少なくとも3倍長い、少なくとも4倍長い、又は5倍長い、請求項1に記載のキャリア。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ストリップが前記取付部に隣接する近位部と、前記取付部から離れた遠位部とを有し、前記遠位部は前記近位部よりも広い、請求項1又は2に記載のキャリア。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ストリップが前記取付部から離れている遠位部を有し、前記遠位部が前記接線方向から見た場合にV字状に屈曲されており、1つの前記固体照明装置が前記V字状の各脚に取付けられている、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のキャリア。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ストリップが、前記ストリップの2つの対向する側の各々に取付けられた固体照明装置を有する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のキャリア。
- 少なくとも1つのストリップが、自身の上に取付けられた少なくとも2つの前記固体照明装置を有し、前記ストリップは、前記2つの固体照明装置が前記ストリップの対向する表面上に配されるように2つ折りされている、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のキャリア。
- 前記キャリアが、前記取付部から延在する少なくとも1つの締結ストリップを有する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のキャリア。
- 前記取付部は径方向に複数の貫通孔を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のキャリア。
- 電球であって、
前記電球をランプソケットに機械的及び電気的に接続するためのキャップと、
前記キャップに取付けられた光透過性エンベロープと、
前記エンベロープ内部に配されると共に前記キャップの近位に配されたステムと、
前記エンベロープ内に延在しているストリップ及び前記ステムを少なくとも部分的に囲んでいるキャリアであって、2つ以上の固体照明装置が前記キャリア上に取付けられている、前記キャリアと、
を有する電球。 - 前記電球が気体充填された電球である、請求項9に記載の電球。
- 電球内に配されるように意図された固体照明装置のためのキャリアを製造する方法であって、
平坦な成形可能な基板を設けるステップと、
前記基板上に2つ以上の固体照明装置を取付けるステップと、
前記基板を、実質的に長方形の取付部と前記固体照明装置を支持する2つ以上のストリップとを有する形状に切断するステップであって、前記ストリップは、前記取付部の一方の側に隣接する近位部から前記取付部から離れる方向において環状の取付部から離れた遠位部まで概ね互いに平行に延在していると共に、前記取付部の長手方向において互いに離間されており、各ストリップは、前記取付部から離れる方向における長さと前記ストリップが前記取付部に接合される場所における前記長手方向の幅とを有し、前記長さは前記幅の少なくとも2倍であり、前記ストリップの少なくとも2つが前記遠位部において異なる長さを有する、ステップと、
前記取付部を、概ねチューブ形のキャリアを形成するように管状の形状に形成するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記ストリップの少なくとも1つを屈曲させるステップ及び捻るステップの少なくとも1つを更に有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記形成するステップが、前記基板を二つ折りするステップであって、この結果、前記固体照明装置は二つ折りされた前記基板の両側に配されるステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
