Abstract
Description
−エンジンブロックおよび/またはギアボックスに固定するための固定要素を備える支持要素と、
−前記支持要素に装着され、エンジン側のクラッチを作動させるようになっているクラッチベアリングと、
−回転できる能力を伴い、エンジン側の前記クラッチのフリクションディスクのハブと協働するようになっているスプライン端部を備える中間シャフトであり、前記中間シャフトが、支持要素に対する中間シャフトの回転を支持して案内する軸受を介して支持要素と協働する、中間シャフトと、
−支持要素により支持される外側ステータと、中間シャフトが挿通する中心開口を有するロータとを備え、前記ロータが前記中間シャフトと一体となって回転するように装着される、電気機械と、
−前記中間シャフトと一体となって回転するギアボックス側のクラッチのリアクションプレートと、
を備える組み立て済みモジュールを提案する。
−エンジン側のクラッチをエンジンブロックに装着するステップと、
−前述した組み立て済みモジュールを組み付けるステップと、
−組み立て済みモジュールをギアボックスケーシングまたはエンジンブロックに装着するステップと、
−ギアボックスとエンジンブロックとを組み付けるステップであって、ギアボックスおよびエンジンブロックが組み立て済みモジュールによって互いに固定されるステップと、
を備える。
Claims (13)
- エンジンブロックとギアボックスとの間に配置されるようになっている自動車のトランスミッションアセンブリのための組み立て済みモジュールであって、
−前記エンジンブロックおよび/または前記ギアボックスに固定するための固定要素を備える支持要素(16)と、
−前記支持要素(16)に装着され、エンジン側のクラッチ(1)を作動させるようになっているクラッチベアリング(100)と、
−回転できる能力を伴い、エンジン側の前記クラッチ(1)のフリクションディスク(33)のハブと協働するようになっているスプライン端部を備える中間シャフト(7)であって、前記中間シャフト(7)が、前記支持要素(16)に対する前記中間シャフト(7)の回転を支持して案内する軸受(20)を介して前記支持要素(16)と協働する、中間シャフト(7)と、
−前記支持要素(16)により支持される外側ステータ(8)と、前記中間シャフト(7)が挿通する中心開口を有するロータ(9)とを備え、前記ロータ(9)が前記中間シャフト(7)と一体となって回転するように装着される、電気機械(3)と、
−前記中間シャフト(7)と一体となって回転する前記ギアボックス側のクラッチ(2)のリアクションプレート(10)と、
を備える組み立て済みモジュール。 - 前記中間シャフト(7)が転がり軸受(20)を介して前記支持要素(16)と協働し、前記支持要素(16)は、前記転がり軸受(20)を収容するために、前記転がり軸受(20)が軸方向で押し付くことができる径方向面によってエンジン側が制限される円筒状の孔を備え、前記中間シャフト(7)は、前記ギアボックス側に、前記転がり軸受(20)が軸方向で押し付くことができる径方向面を規定する肩部を備える、請求項1に記載の組み立て済みモジュール。
- 前記転がり軸受(20)は、前記支持要素(16)に軸方向で結合される外輪と、前記中間シャフト(7)に軸方向で結合される内輪とを備える、請求項1に記載の組み立て済みモジュール。
- 前記内輪および前記外輪は、圧力嵌めによっておよび/または固定部材によって軸方向で結合される、請求項3に記載の組み立て済みモジュール。
- 前記ロータ(9)は、シートメタル支持ハブ(22)によって前記中間シャフト(7)と一体となって回転するように装着され、前記ハブ(22)は、前記ロータ(9)を支持するための軸方向スカート(26)と、前記ギアボックス側の前記クラッチ(2)の前記リアクションプレート(10)を支持する環状径方向ウェブ(28)とを備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組み立て済みモジュール。
- 前記中間シャフト(7)がカラー(23)を備え、前記ロータ(9)を支持する前記支持ハブ(22)は、前記軸方向スカート(26)の内側へ向けて径方向に延びて前記中間シャフト(7)の前記カラー(23)に固定される内側フランジ(25)を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組み立て済みモジュール。
- 前記ギアボックス側のクラッチ(2)を備え、前記クラッチは、前記中間シャフト(7)と一体となって回転する前記リアクションプレート(10)に加えて、前記ギアボックスの入力シャフトの相補的なキー溝と協働するようになっているスプラインハブを備えるフリクションディスク(11)と、圧力プレート(13)とを備え、前記圧力プレート(13)は、前記リアクションプレート(10)と一体となって回転するとともに、前記圧力プレート(13)と前記リアクションプレート(10)との間で前記フリクションディスク(11)が把持される係合位置と非係合位置との間で前記リアクションプレート(13)に対して軸方向に移動できる能力を伴って装着される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組み立て済みモジュール。
- 前記支持要素(16)には固定部材の通過のための貫通オリフィス(35)が設けられる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組み立て済みモジュール。
- 前記ステータ(8)は、焼嵌めあるいは圧力嵌めによって前記支持要素(16)に固定される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組み立て済みモジュール。
- 自動車用のトランスミッションアセンブリをエンジンブロックとギアボックスとの間に装着するための方法であって、
−エンジン側のクラッチ(1)を前記エンジンブロックに装着するステップと、
−請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の組み立て済みモジュールを組み付けるステップと、
−前記組み立て済みモジュールをギアボックスケーシング(17)または前記エンジンブロック(34)に装着するステップと、
−前記ギアボックスと前記エンジンブロック(34)とを組み付けるステップであって、前記ギアボックスおよび前記エンジンブロック(34)が前記組み立て済みモジュールによって互いに固定されるステップと、
を備える装着方法。 - 前記支持要素(16)には、固定ネジの通過のための固定貫通オリフィス(35)が設けられ、前記組み立て済みモジュールは、前記ギアボックスと前記エンジンブロック(34)とが組み付けられる前に前記ギアボックスのケーシング(17)に装着され、前記組み立て済みモジュールを前記ギアボックスのケーシング(17)に装着する前記ステップは、前記組み立て済みモジュールを前記ギアボックスの前記ケーシング(17)に固定するために前記固定オリフィス(35)の第1のグループへのネジの導入を伴い、前記ギアボックスと前記エンジンブロック(34)とを組み付ける前記ステップは、前記組み立て済みモジュールを前記エンジンブロック(34)に固定するために前記固定オリフィス(35)の第2のグループへのネジの導入を伴う、請求項10に記載の装着方法。
- 前記支持要素(16)には、固定ネジの通過のための固定貫通オリフィス(35)が設けられ、前記組み立て済みモジュールは、前記ギアボックスと前記エンジンブロック(34)とが組み付けられる前に前記エンジンブロック(34)に装着され、前記組み立て済みモジュールを前記ギアボックスのケーシング(17)に装着する前記ステップは、前記組み立て済みモジュールを前記エンジンブロック(34)に固定するために前記固定オリフィス(35)の第1のグループへのネジの導入を伴い、前記ギアボックスと前記エンジンブロック(34)とを組み付ける前記ステップは、前記組み立て済みモジュールを前記ギアボックスの前記ケーシング(17)に固定するために前記固定オリフィス(35)の第2のグループへのネジの導入を伴う、請求項10に記載の装着方法。
- 前記支持要素(16)には、固定部材の通過のための固定貫通オリフィス(35)が設けられ、前記固定部材は、2つのネジ付き端部を有するスタッドである、請求項10に記載の装着方法。
