Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 骨構造と境界を接するための移植片であって、
節点で接合された複数の支柱を備え、ヒトの骨組織と境界を接するように構成された網状構造を備え、
前記支柱の直径および/または長さ、ならびに/あるいは前記網状構造の密度は、前記網状構造が骨と接触するときに、前記支柱の少なくとも一部が接着された骨芽細胞内に微小歪みを生成するようにあらかじめ決定される、移植片。 - 前記支柱の直径および/または長さ、ならびに/あるいは前記網状構造の密度は、前記支柱が、負荷下において、接着された骨芽細胞内に微小歪みを生成するようにあらかじめ決定され、前記微小歪みは、骨形成反応を刺激する範囲の、請求項1に記載の移植片。
- 前記支柱の直径および/または長さ、ならびに/あるいは前記網状構造の密度は、接着された骨芽細胞内に、前記支柱の少なくとも一部が、約1με〜約5000με、または約500με〜2000με、または約1000με〜約1500μεの微小歪みを生成するようにあらかじめ決定される、請求項1に記載の移植片。
- 前記支柱の直径および/または長さ、ならびに/あるいは前記網状構造の密度は、前記支柱の少なくとも一部が、接着された骨芽細胞の長さを、約0.05%〜約0.2%、または約0.1%〜約0.15%で変化させるようにあらかじめ決定される、請求項1に記載の移植片。
- 前記支柱は、約1mm〜約20mmの長さを有し、前記支柱の直径は、前記網状構造が骨と接触するときに、前記支柱が接着された骨芽細胞の長さを約0.05%〜約0.2%で変化させるようにあらかじめ決定される、請求項1に記載の移植片。
- 前記網状構造は、2つ以上の平面トラス単位を備える空間トラスを含む、請求項1に記載の移植片。
- 前記平面トラス単位の1つ以上は、三角構成において3つの略直線状の支柱および3つの節点を有する1つ以上の平面三角トラス単位を備える、請求項6に記載の移植片。
- 前記平面トラス単位の1つ以上は互いに連結され、そのため、1つ以上の平面トラス単位が、前記1つ以上の平面トラス単位と少なくとも1つの支柱を共有する平面トラス単位の平面に略平行でない平面に存在する、請求項6に記載の移植片。
- 前記平面トラス単位の1つ以上は、第2の平面三角トラス単位に連結された第1の平面三角トラス単位を備え、第1および第2の平面三角トラス単位は、それぞれの平面三角トラス単位の頂端を画定する単一の節点と対向して連結される、請求項6に記載の移植片。

- 前記空間トラスは、前記第1の骨接触表面から前記第2の骨接触表面に延在する1つ以上の中央支柱を備え、前記中央支柱は周囲の支柱よりも変形強度が高い、請求項11に記載の移植片。
- 前記空間トラスは、前記第1の骨接触表面および/または前記第2の骨接触表面に平行に延在する1つ以上の縦支柱を備え、前記縦支柱は周囲の支柱よりも変形強度が高い、請求項11に記載の移植片。
- 前記空間トラスは、前記第1の骨接触表面から前記第2の骨接触表面に延在する1つ以上の中央支柱を備え、前記中央支柱は周囲の支柱よりも変形強度が低い、請求項11に記載の移植片。
- 前記空間トラスは、前記第1の骨接触表面および/または前記第2の骨接触表面に平行に延在する1つ以上の縦支柱を備え、前記縦支柱は周囲の支柱よりも変形強度が低い、請求項11に記載の移植片。
- 前記支柱の第1の部分の直径は、前記支柱の第2の部分の直径より大きい、請求項11に記載の移植片。
- 前記支柱の第1の部分は、前記支柱の第2の部分を形成するために使用される材料とは異なる材料から形成される、請求項11に記載の移植片。
- 前記支柱の第1の部分は、前記支柱の第2の部分の直径とは異なる直径を有する、請求項11に記載の移植片。
- 前記支柱の第1の部分は、前記支柱の第2の部分の密度とは密度が異なる、請求項11に記載の移植片。
- 前記支柱の第1の部分は、前記支柱の第2の部分の有孔率とは有孔率が異なる、請求項11に記載の移植片。
- 前記支柱のうち少なくともいくつかは、異なる対応する角度を有する2つの異なる三角平面トラス単位により共有される少なくとも1つの節点を有する三角トラスを画定する、請求項11に記載の移植片。

前記移植片を前記骨構造に連結することと、
