Claims (10)
- 基材上に配置されたLEDランプと、
前記基材が端部に固定され、低沸点の液体が内部に充填される、ストリップ形状の熱伝導部材と、
放熱シリンダ及び複数の放熱フィンを有する放熱部材と、
を備える自動車用LEDヘッドランプであって、
前記放熱シリンダは、前記熱伝導部材を収容するための貫通穴を備え、前記複数の放熱フィンは、前記基材から離れた前記放熱シリンダの端部の周囲に固定される、自動車用LEDヘッドランプ。 - 前記放熱シリンダにスリーブ連結され、前記LEDランプが設けられた前記放熱部材を自動車ヘッドランプ組立体のランプホルダに固定するように構成された保持部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の自動車用LEDヘッドランプ。
- 前記保持部材は、円筒形状の連結部とバヨネットとを有し、前記連結部は、前記放熱シリンダ上にスリーブ連結され、前記バヨネットは、前記連結部の外側外壁から半径方向に突出し、前記バヨネットは、対応するランプ形式の前記自動車ヘッドランプ組立体の前記ランプホルダと係止されるように構成され、前記バヨネットと前記LEDランプの発光点との間の距離は、自動車ランプの焦点距離基準を満たす、請求項2に記載の自動車用LEDヘッドランプ。
- 前記熱伝導部材は、熱伝導性プラットフォーム及び熱伝導性パイプを備え、前記基材は、前記熱伝導性プラットフォームの端部の端面又は側面に固定され、前記熱伝導性プラットフォームの他方の端部又は内部穴は、前記熱伝導性パイプに結合され、前記熱伝導性パイプは、前記貫通穴に収容される、請求項3に記載の自動車用LEDヘッドランプ。
- 前記保持部材上に配置される防水部材をさらに備え、前記防水部材は、前記保持部材に形成された溝に収容され、前記防水部材は、前記バヨネットの前記LEDランプに向かい合う側に配置される、請求項3に記載の自動車用LEDヘッドランプ。
- 制御モジュール及び温度センサをさらに備え、前記温度センサは、前記基材の上に配置されて前記LEDランプの温度を検出するように構成され、前記放熱部材は、複数の放熱フィンに接触して前記熱伝導部材の反対側にあるファンをさらに備え、前記制御モジュールは、温度に応答してファンの作動を制御する、請求項1に記載の自動車用LEDヘッドランプ。
- 前記複数の放熱フィンは、前記熱伝導部材と同軸で前記基材から離れた側面に前記ファンを収容するための溝を備える、請求項6に記載の自動車用LEDヘッドランプ。
- 前記熱伝導部材は、内側側壁に毛細管を備える、請求項1に記載の自動車用LEDヘッドランプ。
- 前記放熱シリンダは、互いにスリーブ連結される第1のセグメント及び第2のセグメントを備え、前記保持部材は、前記第1のセグメントに隣接した前記第2のセグメントの端部にスリーブ連結され、前記放熱フィンは、前記第1のセグメントから離れた前記第2のセグメントの端部に配置される、請求項2に記載の自動車用LEDヘッドランプ。
- 前記第1のセグメントは、前記第2のセグメントに対してスリーブを介してネジ式で連結される、請求項9に記載の自動車用LEDヘッドランプ。
