Claims (14)
- 複数のコネクタ要素(1)と少なくとも2つのコンベヤビーム要素(30、51)とを備える、コンベヤシステム用のコンベヤビーム(40、50)において、
コネクタ要素が、中央部分(2)と、2つの外側部分(3、4)と、前記中央部分と前記外側部分との間の前記コネクタ要素の周囲に延びる2つの周溝(5、6)と、を備え、前記コネクタ要素には第1の挿入位置および第2の拘束位置が設けられ、前記第1の挿入位置では、前記コネクタ要素が前記2つのコンベヤビーム要素の間に挿入されて、第1の外側部分が第1のコンベヤビーム要素のチャネル内に配置され、第2の外側部分が第2のコンベヤビーム要素のチャネル内に配置され、前記第2の拘束位置では、前記コネクタ要素が、前記コンベヤビームを形成するように前記コンベヤビーム要素を互いにロックすることを特徴とする、コンベヤビーム。 - 前記コネクタ要素の前記第2の拘束位置が、前記第1の挿入位置から少なくとも45度の回転角に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 前記コネクタ要素の前記第2の拘束位置が、前記第1の挿入位置からほぼ90度の回転角に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 前記コネクタ要素の前記外側部分(3、4)には、前記コネクタ要素の中心軸線(7)と平行な2つの外面(8、9)が設けられ、前記外面(8、9)のそれぞれが、第1の直線表面部(10、13)と、半円形表面部(11、14)と、第2の直線表面部(12、15)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 前記中心軸線(7)と前記第1の表面部(10、13)との間の距離aが、前記中心軸線(7)と前記第2の表面部(12、15)との間の距離bより短いことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 前記第2の表面部(12、15)には、鋭角を有する先のとがった突出部(16、17)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 前記突出部(16、17)が、前記コネクタ要素の中心からオフセットcを設けて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 前記コネクタ要素の前記溝(5、6)の内側(18、19)にそれぞれくさび形突出部(20、21)が設けられ、前記くさび形突出部(20、21)が前記第2の表面部(12、15)に隣接することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 前記くさび形突出部(20、21)には、少なくとも1つの第2の突出部(22)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 前記コネクタ要素の前記中央部分(2)には、キーレンチに適応する偶数の直線表面を有するキーグリップが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 前記コネクタ要素の前記中央部分(2)には下方に延びる取付部(26)が設けられ、前記取付部(26)には第3のコンベヤビーム要素(52)が取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 前記取付部(26)には、前記取付部の中心と同軸に延びる貫通孔(27)が設けられること、および、前記第3のコンベヤビーム要素(52)が、前記貫通孔(を貫通するねじ(53)で前記コネクタ要素に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 前記第3のコンベヤビーム要素(52)には、傾斜上面(55)および隠れたコンベヤチェーン戻り経路(56)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載のコンベヤビーム。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のコンベヤビームを少なくとも1つ備えるコンベヤシステム。
