Claims (18)
- 気孔を含む多孔性ケイ素酸化物及び前記多孔性ケイ素酸化物の表面、気孔内部、または表面及び気孔内部にコーティングされた線形炭素材を含む多孔性ケイ素酸化物−炭素材複合体を含む負極活物質。
- 前記線形炭素材は、多孔性ケイ素酸化物の表面、気孔内部、または表面及び気孔内部での接線に垂直方向に含まれる請求項1に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記線形炭素材は、多孔性ケイ素酸化物の表面及び気孔内部に形成されている請求項1または2に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記多孔性ケイ素酸化物は、SiOx(0<x<2)を含む請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記多孔性ケイ素酸化物のBET比表面積は、10m2/gから100m2/gである請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記多孔性ケイ素酸化物の気孔の平均直径は、表面で測定時10nmから1000nmである請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記線形炭素材は、炭素ナノ繊維、炭素ナノチューブまたはこれらの混合物である請求項1に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記線形炭素材の平均直径は1nm200nmで、平均長さは100nmから5μmである請求項7に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記線形炭素材は、多孔性ケイ素酸化物−炭素材複合体100重量%を基準に1重量%から10重量%の量で含まれる請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記負極活物質は、黒鉛系物質をさらに含む請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の負極活物質。
- 前記黒鉛系物質は、天然黒鉛、人造黒鉛及びメソカーボンマイクロビーズ(MCMB)からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む請求項10に記載の負極活物質。
- 気孔を含む多孔性ケイ素酸化物の表面、気孔内部、または表面及び気孔内部に金属触媒を結合させ、前記金属触媒で線形炭素材を形成させることを含む負極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記多孔性ケイ素酸化物は、SiOx(0<x<2)を含む請求項12に記載の負極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記金属触媒は、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mo、In、Sn、Al及びPtからなる群より選択される1種以上を含む請求項12または13に記載の負極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記多孔性ケイ素酸化物の表面、気孔内部、または表面及び気孔内部と金属触媒との結合は、スパッタリング方法、真空蒸着方法、化学気相蒸着(CVD)方法、メッキ方法、またはケイ素酸化物を金属触媒の化合物溶液に浸漬する方法により行われる請求項12から14の何れか一項に記載の負極活物質の製造方法。
- 前記線形炭素材の形成は、化学気相蒸着(CVD)方法により行われる請求項12から15の何れか一項に記載の負極活物質の製造方法。
- 請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の負極活物質を含む負極。
- 請求項17に記載の負極を含むリチウム二次電池。
