Claims (14)
- ランプベースに固定されたバーナを有するランプであって、
− 前記バーナに電力を供給するための動作回路が、前記ランプベース内に配置され、
− 前記動作回路は、前記ランプベース内の少なくとも1つの長尺の接点路エレメントに電気的に接続され、
− 前記接点路エレメントは前記ベース内で支持され、該接点路エレメントは少なくとも前記ベース内で固定された第1部分と前記ベース内に滑動可能に収容された第2部分とを有し、
− 前記接点路エレメントは、前記動作回路の少なくとも一部に対し、前記第2部分から長手方向に配置された位置において固定される、
ランプ。 - 前記第2部分が、非導電性包囲体内で案内されるように収容される請求項1に記載のランプ。
- − 前記ベースは非導電性ホルダエレメントを有し、前記接点路エレメントの前記第1部分は該ホルダエレメントに固定され、
− 前記接点路エレメントの前記第2部分は前記ホルダエレメント内に滑動可能に収容される、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載のランプ。 - − 前記ベース内にはバネ空間が設けられ、
− 前記接点路エレメントは、前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間に配置された少なくとも第3部分を更に有し、
− 前記第3部分は、前記第2部分の長手方向の移動に応答して前記バネ空間内に移動可能である、
請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載のランプ。 - − 前記接点路エレメントが、前記第2部分の長手方向に力を生じるようにバネ付勢される、
請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載のランプ。 - − 前記第3部分が、前記第2部分に対して或る角度を形成する、
請求項4に記載のランプ。 - − 前記接点路エレメントが、前記動作回路の部品を有する担体の接点面に固定される、
請求項1ないし6の何れか一項に記載のランプ。 - − 前記接点路エレメントが前記動作回路に半田付けにより固定される、
請求項1ないし7の何れか一項に記載のランプ。 - − 前記ホルダエレメントが、前記接点路エレメントの前記動作回路に対する固定位置に接近するための開口を有する、
請求項3に記載のランプ。 - − 前記接点路エレメントが、板状金属から形成された平らで折曲されたエレメントである、
請求項1ないし9の何れか一項に記載のランプ。 - − 前記動作回路が、少なくとも実質的に平行に配置された複数の接点路エレメントに接続される、
請求項1ないし10の何れか一項に記載のランプ。 - − 前記接点路エレメントが、前記動作回路を前記ベースの外部から接近可能に設けられたプラグ/ソケットコネクタに接続する、
請求項1ないし11の何れか一項に記載のランプ。 - ランプを製造する方法であって、
− バーナのためのランプベースが設けられ、
− 電力を前記バーナに供給するように配置された動作回路が設けられ、
− 前記ベース内に少なくとも1つの長尺の接点路エレメントが設けられ、
− 前記接点路エレメントは少なくとも前記ベース内で固定された第1部分と前記ベース内に滑動可能に収容された第2部分とを有し、
− 当該方法が、前記接点路エレメントを前記動作回路に、前記第2部分から長手方向に配置された位置において固定するステップを有する、
方法。 - − 前記接点路エレメントを前記動作回路に固定するステップの前に、前記動作回路の接点面が前記接点路エレメントに押圧され、
− これにより、前記接点路エレメントの前記第2部分が該第2部分の長手方向に移動される、
