Claims (10)
- バックシート上部に熱接着層を形成し、
前記熱接着層は、エチレン系樹脂を含む熱接着性樹脂粉末を含有することを特徴とする太陽電池密封材用EVAシート。 - 前記バックシートは、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池密封材用EVAシート。
- 前記熱接着性樹脂粉末の粒子の大きさは、30メッシュ〜100メッシュであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池密封材用EVAシート。
- 前記熱接着性樹脂粉末が融着し合った状態で存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池密封材用EVAシート。
- 前記熱接着層の厚さは、0.4mm〜0.9mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池密封材用EVAシート。
- 前記バックシートの厚さは、0.3mm〜0.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池密封材用EVAシート。
- ポリエチレンテレフタレートをラミネートしてバックシートを形成するステップ;
エチレン系樹脂を含む熱接着性樹脂粉末を準備するステップ;
前記熱接着性樹脂粉末を前記バックシート上に散布するステップ;および
前記の散布された熱接着性樹脂粉末を硬化して熱接着層を形成するステップ;を含むことを特徴とする太陽電池密封材用EVAシートの製造方法。 - 前記熱接着性樹脂粉末の硬化は、70℃〜110℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の太陽電池密封材用EVAシートの製造方法。
- 前記太陽電池密封材用EVAシートをモジュール化するステップをさらに含む請求項7に記載の太陽電池密封材用EVAシートの製造方法。
- 前記EVAシートのモジュール化は、5分以下の真空時間、10分以下の圧縮時間で行われることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の太陽電池密封材用EVAシートの製造方法。
