Abstract
Description
Rは−OH、=O、−OC(O)R4、−OR6及び−(OR6)2から選択され、各R6は独立に、1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基から選択され、R4は0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり;
XはO又はCH2であり、但し、XがOである場合、Rは=Oでしかあり得ず;
各Zは独立に、(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され;
yは1及び2から選択される数字であり;
R1はH或いは0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され;
R2はH並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され;
R3はH、0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基、−(CH2)nOH、−C(O)OR5、−CH2C(O)OR7、−CH2C(O)R8、−C(O)NR9R10及び−CH2C(O)NR11R12から選択され、R5、R7、R8、R9、R10、R11及びR12の各々は独立に、H並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され且つnは1〜12の整数であり;
環構造中の2位と3位との間の結合は単又は二重結合であり得;且つ
構造(I)の化合物は化合物中に9〜20個の総炭素原子を含有する)
の化合物の少なくとも1種と接触させることにより得られる。本発明はまた、構造(I)の化合物の光学異性体、ジアステレオマー及びエナンチオマーも含む。したがって、立体化学が明示的に定義されていない全ての立体中心で、全ての可能なエピマーが想起される。
Rは−OH、=O、−OC(O)R4、−OR6及び−(OR6)2から選択され、各R6は独立に、1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基から選択され、R4は0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり;

R2はH並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され;
R3はH、0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基、−(CH2)nOH、−C(O)OR5、−CH2C(O)OR7、−CH2C(O)R8、−C(O)NR9R10及び−CH2C(O)NR11R12から選択され、R5、R7、R8、R9、R10、R11及びR12の各々は独立に、H並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され且つnは1〜12のn整数であり;
環構造中の2位と3位との間の結合は単又は二重結合であり得;且つ
構造(I)の化合物は化合物中に11〜20個の総炭素原子を含有する)
の化合物の少なくとも1種と接触させることにより得られる。本発明はまた、指定構造の光学異性体、ジアステレオマー及びエナンチオマーも含む。したがって、立体化学が明示的に定義されていない全ての立体中心で、全ての可能なエピマーが想起される。
Rが−OH及び=Oから選択され、XがCH2であり、yが1又は2であり、各Zが(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され、環中の2位と3位との間の結合が単結合であり、R1及びR2の一方がH又は−CH3であり、R1及びR2の他方が9〜15個の炭素原子及び0〜3個の二重結合を含有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり、且つR3がHである

Rが−OH及び=O、より好ましくは=Oから選択され、XがCH2であり、yが1又は2、より好ましくは1であり、各Zが(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され、環中の2位と3位との間の結合が単又は二重結合、より好ましくは単結合であり、R1及びR2の一方がHであり、R1及びR2の他方が9〜15個の炭素原子及び0〜3個の二重結合を含有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり、且つR3が−C(O)OR5及び−CH2C(O)R8から選択され、R5及びR8がそれぞれ、1〜6個の炭素原子、より好ましくは3〜5個の炭素原子を含有する直鎖又は分岐、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され、さらにより好ましくは−CH3である
構造(I)の化合物である。
Rが=Oであり、XがOであり、yが1又は2であり、各Zが(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され、環の2位と3位との間の結合が単又は二重結合、より好ましくは単結合であり、R1及びR2の一方がHであり、R1及びR2の他方が9〜15個の炭素原子及び0〜3個の二重結合を含有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり、且つR3が−C(O)OR5及び−CH2C(O)R8から選択され、R5及びR7がそれぞれ、1〜6個の炭素原子、より好ましくは3〜5個の炭素原子を含有するヒドロカルビル基から選択され、さらにより好ましくは−CH3であり、且つ構造(I)の化合物中の炭素原子の総数が9〜20個、より好ましくは9〜14個の総炭素原子である
構造(I)の化合物である。
Rが=Oであり、XがOであり、yが1又は2であり、各Zが(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され、環中の2位と3位との間の結合が単結合であり、R1が5〜13個の炭素原子を含有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和アルキル基であり、R2がH又は−CH3であり、R3がHであり、より好ましくは構造(I)の化合物が11〜14個の総炭素原子を含有するようにR1が5〜10個の炭素原子のアルキル基である
構造(I)の化合物である。
Claims (18)
- 昆虫を構造(I)、
Rは−OH、=O、−OC(O)R4、−OR6及び−(OR6)2からなる群から選択され、各R6は独立に、1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基から選択され、R4は0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり;
XはO又はCH2であり、但し、XがOである場合、Rは=Oでしかあり得ず;
各Zは独立に、(CH)及び(CH2)からなる群から選択され;
yは1及び2から選択される数字であり;
R1はH並びに0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基からなる群から選択され;
R2はH並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基からなる群から選択され;
R3はH、0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基、−(CH2)nOH、−C(O)OR5、−CH2C(O)OR7、−CH2C(O)R8、−C(O)NR9R10及び−CH2C(O)NR11R12から選択され、R5、R7、R8、R9、R10、R11及びR12の各々は独立に、H並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され且つnは1〜12のn整数であり;
環構造中の2位と3位との間の結合は単又は二重結合であり得;且つ
前記構造(I)の化合物は前記化合物中に9〜20個の総炭素原子を含有する)
の化合物の少なくとも1種と接触させることにより得られる、食品又は作物における半翅目、鱗翅目及び鞘翅目などの1種又は複数の農業有害生物の摂食を阻止する方法。 - 前記農業有害生物がカメムシ、シンクイガ幼虫及びグラナリアコクゾウムシからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造(I)の化合物が前記化合物中に10〜16個の炭素原子を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物が、
Rが−OH及び=Oからなる群から選択され、XがCH2であり、yが1又は2であり、各Zが(CH)及び(CH2)からなる群から選択され、前記環中の2位と3位との間の前記結合が単結合であり、R1及びR2の一方がH又は−CH3であり、R1及びR2の他方が9〜15個の炭素原子及び0〜3個の二重結合を含有するヒドロカルビル基であり、且つR3がHである
化合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物が、
Rが−OH及び=Oからなる群から選択され、XがCH2であり、yが1又は2であり、各Zが(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され、前記環中の2位と3位との間の前記結合が単又は二重結合であり、R1及びR2の一方がHであり、R1及びR2の他方が9〜15個の炭素原子及び0〜3個の二重結合を含有するヒドロカルビル基であり、且つR3が−C(O)OR5及び−CH2C(O)R8からなる群から選択され、R5及びR8がそれぞれ、1〜6個の炭素原子を含有するヒドロカルビル基から選択される
化合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。 - Rが=Oであり、yが1であり、前記環中の2位と3位との間の前記結合が単結合であり、且つR5及びR8がそれぞれ−CH3である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物が、
Rが=Oであり、XがOであり、yが1又は2であり、各Zが(CH)及び(CH2)からなる群から選択され、前記環の2位と3位との間の前記結合が単又は二重結合であり、R1及びR2の一方がHであり、R1及びR2の他方が9〜15個の炭素原子及び0〜3個の二重結合を含有する基を含有するヒドロカルビル基であり、且つR3が−C(O)OR5及び−CH2C(O)R8からなる群から選択され、R5及びR8がそれぞれ、1〜6個の炭素原子を含有するヒドロカルビル基から選択され、且つ前記構造(I)の化合物中の炭素原子の総数が11〜17個である
化合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記環の2位と3位との間の前記結合が単結合であり、R5及びR7がそれぞれ3〜5個の炭素原子を含有するヒドロカルビル基から選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記環の2位と3位との間の前記結合が単結合であり、R5及びR7がそれぞれ−CH3である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物が、
Rが=Oであり、XがOであり、yが1又は2であり、各Zが(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され、前記環中の2位と3位との間の前記結合が単結合であり、R1が5〜13個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基であり、R2がH又は−CH3からなる群から選択され、R3がHである
化合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記構造(I)の化合物が11〜14個の総炭素原子を含有するようにR1が5〜10個の炭素原子のアルキル基である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物が直接噴霧製剤、噴霧製剤、マイクロカプセル化製剤、土壌処理製剤、種子処理製剤、植物若しくは作物に注射するための注射用製剤及び蒸発装置用製剤からなる群から選択される製剤によって、作物、農業若しくは鑑賞用樹木、植物、植生、製造又は植物若しくは作物用包装材料に施用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造(I)の化合物がメチルアプリトーン、メチルジヒドロジャスモネート、プロピルジヒドロジャスモネート、γ−ドデカラクトン、γ−トリデカラクトン、γメチルドデカラクトン、γメチルトリデカラクトン、3−メチル−5−プロピル−2−シクロヘキセノン、3−メチル−5−イソブチル−2−シクロヘキセノン、3−メチル−5−イソブチル−2−シクロヘキセノール、3−メチル−5−ペンチル−2−シクロヘキセノン及び3−メチル−5−ヘプチル−2−シクロヘキセノンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
