Claims (12)
- 自動車のための熱交換器(1)、特に排ガス熱交換器であって、その際、熱交換器(1)が外側のカバー(2)を有し、かつ外側のカバー(2)内に熱交換器パイプ(3)が、特に積層として配置されている熱交換器において、少なくとも一つの熱交換器パイプ(3)が二重壁式に外側パイプ(4)および内側パイプ(3)から形成されており、その際、第一の媒体(19)がカバー(2)内に、及び/又は内側パイプ(5)内に流れ、かつ第二の媒体(9)が外側パイプ(4)と内側パイプ(5)の間に流れることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 外側パイプ(4)の端部の領域中、特に外側カバー面(12)中に、一つの開口部(20)が設けられるので、第一の媒体(19)が内側パイプ(5)内に流れることができるか、または内側パイプ(5)から流れ出すことができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 開口部(20)内にカラー部(27)として形成されていること、その際、カラー部(27)が内側パイプ(5)と連結可能であり、特に液密に連結可能であるので、内側パイプ(5)が連結によって外側パイプ(4)内に位置固定的に位置取られていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 外側パイプ(4)と内側パイプ(5)が、互いに独立して製造された部材であり、および相互に入り込むよう差し込まれていること、その際、外側パイプ(4)および内側パイプ(5)がカラー部(27)を介して開口部(20)に形状結合的及び/又は材料結合的に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 内側パイプ(5)に対して端部側に各一つの封鎖キャップ及び/又は栓が設けられており、特に材料結合的及び/又は形状結合的に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 内側パイプ(5)および外側パイプ(4)の端部の間に一つの間隙(24)が形成され、特に放射方向で周回する均一な間隙(24)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 内側パイプ(5)の端部が、先細にとがって形成されており、特に漸次的に強くとがった推移を有して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも外側パイプ(4)及び/又は内側パイプ(5)が、波形状の推移を有し、特に内側パイプ(5)及び/又は外側パイプ(4)のカバー面が長手方向において波形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 外側パイプ(4)及び/又は内側パイプ(5)の波形状の推移が、波の山(25)および波の谷(26)を有し、その際、波の山(25)および波の谷(26)が其々放射方向に周回して一定に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 内側パイプ(5)の波の山(25)の外直径が、外側パイプ(4)の波の谷(26)の内直径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱交換器。
- カバー(2)内の流入側(8)及び/又は流出側に二つの互いに間隔をあけた正面薄板(17,22)が配置されており、その際、外側パイプ(4)が、正面薄板(17,22)を差し込みこれらと液密に連結されているので、外側パイプ(4)の外側カバー面(12)内の開口部(20)が、正面薄板(17,22)の間に配置され、その際、カバー(2)の方を向いた正面薄板(17)が、追加的な切欠き部(18)を熱交換器パイプ(3)の間に複数有することを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 内側パイプ(5)及び/又は外側パイプ(4)がハイドロフォーミングによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
