Claims (15)
- 導電線(11)を束線するための接続装置(100)であって、
前記導電線(11)を前記接続装置(100)に固定するための接続端子(101)を備え、
前記接続端子(101)は、保持部(110)を備え、
前記保持部(110)は、前記導電線(11)を前記保持部(110)の中にクランプすることによって、当該保持部(110)を変形すること無しに前記接続装置(100)に接続可能となるように形成されており、
前記保持部(110)は、前記導電線(11)を収容するための収容領域(112)を備え、
前記収容領域(112)は、入口開口部(E112)および底面(B112)を備え、前記収容領域(112)は、前記入口開口部(E112)と前記底面(B112)との間に延在し、
前記収容領域(112)は、前記入口開口部と前記底面との間で先細になっており、前記導電線(11)の前記収容領域(112)へのに嵌め込みの際に、前記導電線(11)の断面(A11)が変形することによって、前記導電線が前記接続端子(101)のクランプ座に保持されるようになっている、
ことを特徴とする接続装置。 - 前記収容領域(112)は、断面が台形またはV形状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続装置。
- 前記収容領域(112)は、少なくとも1つの第1の側壁(S112a)と、少なくとも1つの第2の側壁(S112b)とを備え、
前記少なくとも1つの第1の側壁(S112a)および前記少なくとも1つの第2の側壁は、前記底面(B112)の対向する側から前記入口開口部(E112)まで延在し、
前記保持部(110)は、前記導電線(11)が、前記少なくとも1つの第1の側壁(S112a)および前記少なくとも1つの第2の側壁(S112b)を変形すること無しに、前記保持部に固定可能なように形成されている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の接続装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1の側壁(S112a)と前記底面(B112)との間、および前記少なくとも1つの第2の側壁(S112b)と前記底面(B112)との間にそれぞれ1つの隅部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の側壁(S112a)および前記少なくとも1つの第2の側壁(S112b)は、前記底面(B112)に垂直な方向に対してそれぞれ5°〜15°の傾斜角で配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の接続装置。
- 前記入口開口部(E112)の真下の前記少なくとも1つの第1の側壁(S112a)と前記少なくとも1つの第2の側壁(S112b)との間の間隔(da)は、前記少なくとも1つの第1の側壁(S112a)と前記少なくとも1つの第2の側壁(S112b)との間の前記底面(B112)の幅(di)より大きくなっていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の接続装置。
- 前記入口開口部(E112)の真下の前記少なくとも1つの第1の側壁(S112a)と前記少なくとも1つの第2の側壁(S112b)との間の間隔(da)と、前記少なくとも1つの第1の側壁(S112a)と前記少なくとも1つの第2の側壁(S112b)との間の前記底面(B112)の幅(di)との比は、1.2〜3となっていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の接続装置。
- 前記保持部(110)は、前記収容領域(112)への入口開口部(E112)を狭める、少なくとも1つの突起部(1111,1112)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。
- 電気信号を印加するためのコンタクトピン(102)を備え、
前記接続端子(101)と前記コンタクトピン(102)とは、互いに接続され、同じ材料片から成型されている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置。 - 導電線(11)を巻回するためのコイルボビン(10)であって、
請求項1乃至9に記載の前記導電線(11)を接続するための接続装置(100)を備えることを特徴とするコイルボビン。 - 誘導性電子デバイス、とりわけコイルまたはトランスであって、
請求項10に記載のコイルボビン(10)を備え、
前記コイルボビン(10)は、前記導電線(11)が巻回されており、
前記導電線(11)は、前記接続端子(101)の前記収容領域(112)において前記クランプ座に保持されている、
ことを特徴とする誘導性電子デバイス。 - 前記導電線(11)は、断面が0.05mm2〜95mm2のリッツ線またはエナメル線で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の誘電性電子デバイス。
- 導電線(11)をコイルボビン(10)の接続装置(100)に束線する方法であって、
請求項10に記載のコイルボビン(10)を準備するステップと、
前記導電線(11)を前記接続装置(100)の前記接続端子(101)に固定し、前記導電線(11)は、当該導電線が前記収容領域(112)に嵌め込まれる際に、当該導電線(11)の断面が変形されて、当該導電線(11)が当該接続端子(101)のクランプ座に保持されるように、当該収容領域に嵌め込まれるステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記導電線(11)は、前記入口開口部(E112)を通って前記収容領域(112)へ嵌め込まれた後は、前記収容領域(112)の底面(B112)に垂直な方向に平行な第1の方向(x)で前記突起部(111)によって固定され、続いて前記底面(B112)に対して押圧することによって、前記第1の方向(x)に直角な第2の方向(z)で前記接続端子(101)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記導電線(11)の端部が前記保持部(112)から突出するように、前記導電線(11)を前記接続端子(101)へ固定するステップと、
前記導電線(11)の前記端部が、前記接続端子(101)と電気的に接続されるように、前記導電線の前記端部にはんだ材料を取り付けるステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
