マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)に一体接続されている本体(22)を備えるサーマルプロテクタ(20)とを備え、
前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は、前記マグネットワイヤ(36)との接続部を形成する、
熱的に保護されたボビン(32)。 - 前記本体(22)と前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)とは圧着接続部(30)を有する、
請求項4に記載のサーマルプロテクタ(20)。 - スピンドル(34)に巻き付けられている対向端部を有するマグネットワイヤ(36)であって、前記スピンドル(34)は前記マグネットワイヤ(36)を前記対向端部間で受けるためのスプライス開口部(40、42、44、46)を有するマグネットワイヤ(36)と、
マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)に一体接続されている本体(22)を備えるサーマルプロテクタ(20)とを備え、
各マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は対応するスプライス開口部(40、42、44、46)により受けられ、各マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は、前記マグネットワイヤ(36)との接続部を形成する、
熱的に保護されたボビン(32)。 - 前記本体(22)と前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)とは単一構成である、
請求項6に記載の熱的に保護されたボビン(32)。 - 前記スプライス開口部(40、42、44、46)は、前記マグネットワイヤ(36)が前記スプライス開口部を通過した後に前記マグネットワイヤ(36)を受けるためのポスト(48)を有し、前記ポスト(48)は、前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)が前記マグネットワイヤ(36)との接続部を形成する間、または形成した後に取り除かれる、
