Claims (8)
- マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)に一体的に接続されている本体(22)を備えるサーマルプロテクタ(20)であって、
前記本体(22)は略箱状であり、
前記本体(22)と前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)とは単一構成であり、
前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は不連続部を有し、
前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)の前記不連続部がマグネットワイヤ(36)に接触すると、前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は、前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)と前記マグネットワイヤ(36)との間に電気的接続を提供するように構成されている、
サーマルプロテクタ(20)。
- 前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)の前記不連続部は、切欠きまたはセレーションである、
請求項1に記載のサーマルプロテクタ(20)。
- 前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)の前記不連続部は、前記マグネットワイヤ(36)のワニス被覆を摩滅させるように構成されている、
請求項1または請求項2に記載のサーマルプロテクタ(20)。
- 前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は、前記マグネットワイヤ(36)が通過し前記マグネットワイヤ(36)と電気的に接続されるU字状部分を有する、
請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のサーマルプロテクタ(20)。
- 略箱状の前記本体(22)は、前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)に一体的かつ直接的に接続されており、
前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は、前記本体(22)の一端側からのみ延在する、

- 前記サーマルプロテクタ(20)は、前記マグネットワイヤ(36)と前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)と前記本体(22)とが電気的に接続されるように構成されている、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のサーマルプロテクタ(20)。
- スピンドル(34)と、
前記スピンドル(34)に巻き付けられているマグネットワイヤ(36)と、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の前記サーマルプロテクタ(20)と、を備える、
熱的に保護されたボビン(32)。

前記サーマルプロテクタ(20)は、マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)に一体的に接続されている本体(22)を備えており、
前記本体(22)と前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)とは単一構成であり、
前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は不連続部を有し、
前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)の前記不連続部がマグネットワイヤ(36)に接触すると、前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は、前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)と前記マグネットワイヤ(36)との間に電気的接続を提供するように構成されている、
