Claims (5)
- マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)に一体的かつ直接的に接続されている略箱状の本体(22)を備えるサーマルプロテクタ(20)であって、
前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は、マグネットワイヤ(36)が通過し前記マグネットワイヤ(36)と電気的に接続されるU字状部分を有するとともに、
前記本体(22)と前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)とは単一構成であり、前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は前記本体(22)の一端側からのみ延在し、前記マグネットワイヤ(36)と前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)と前記本体(22)とが電気的に接続されるように構成されている、
サーマルプロテクタ(20)。 - スピンドル(34)と、
前記スピンドル(34)に巻き付けられているマグネットワイヤ(36)と、
マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)に一体的かつ直接的に接続されている本体(22)を備えるサーマルプロテクタ(20)とを備え、
前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は、前記マグネットワイヤ(36)が通過するU字状部分を有し、
前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)の前記U字状部分が、前記マグネットワイヤ(36)との接続部を形成する、
熱的に保護されたボビン(32)。 - 前記本体(22)と前記マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)とは圧着接続部(30)を有する、
請求項2に記載の熱的に保護されたボビン(32)。 - 熱的に保護されたボビン(32)であって、
前記ボビン(32)は、
スピンドル(34)と、
前記スピンドル(34)に巻き付けられている対向端部を有するマグネットワイヤ(36)と、
複数のマグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)と、
前記複数のマグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)の少なくとも一つに一体的かつ直接的に接続されている本体(22)を備えるサーマルプロテクタ(20)とを備え、
前記複数のマグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)のそれぞれは、前記マグネットワイヤ(36)が通過するU字状部分を有し、
前記スピンドル(34)は、前記マグネットワイヤ(36)を前記対向端部間で受けるための複数のスプライス開口部(40、42、44、46)を有し、
各マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)は、前記複数のスプライス開口部(40、42、44、46)のうち対応する1つにより受けられ、各マグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)の前記U字状部分が前記マグネットワイヤ(36)との接続部を形成する、
熱的に保護されたボビン(32)。 - 前記本体(22)と前記複数のマグネットワイヤ終端機構(24)の前記少なくとも一つとは単一構成である、
