Description
まず、上記ゲートバルブ100の閉鎖過程について説明する。
Claims (3)
- バルブハウジング(110)で開口部(112)の周りに形成されたバルブシート(Valve−seat)(111)に密着されて、内側から前記開口部(112)を閉鎖することができるバルブプレート(120)と;
前記バルブプレート(120)に連結され、前記バルブハウジング(110)の内部がベローズ(131)を通じて外部と気密を保持し、突出されて上下運動及び水平運動ができるバルブロッド(130)と;
前記バルブハウジング(110)の外側に連結されるガイドハウジング(140)と;
前記ガイドハウジング(140)の内部に設置され、前記バルブロッド(130)に結合されて連結され、両側面にガイドローラー(151)が設置されるLモーションブロック(L−Motion Block)(150)と;
前記ガイドハウジング(140)の内部に設置されて、前記バルブロッド(130)が貫通するバルブロッド通孔(161)が形成され、両側面には前記ガイドローラー(151)がそれぞれ挿入されて誘導され、下方に向かって閉鎖方向(C)側に傾斜するように形成された傾斜溝(162)がそれぞれ形成されているカムブロック(Cam−Block)(160)と;
前記バルブロッド(130)の下側末端に設置される駆動ロッド結合ローラー(172)と;
前記駆動ロッド結合ローラー(172)が挿入されて誘導され、下方に向かって閉鎖方向(C)側に傾斜するように形成された駆動ロッド傾斜溝(171)が形成され、前記カムブロック(Cam−Block)(160)に結合される駆動ロッド(170)と;
前記Lモーションブロック(L−Motion Block)(150)と前記駆動ロッド(170)との間に弾性力を提供するように設置される弾性提供手段(175)と;
前記駆動ロッド(170)を上下に駆動する上下駆動手段(180)と;を含んで構成されることを特徴とするゲートバルブ(100)。 - 前記ガイドハウジング(140)の両側面の内側にそれぞれ設置されて前記カムブロック(Cam−Block)(160)が上下方向のみに作動するように誘導するカムブロックガイド(141)と;
前記カムブロックガイド(141)の上側に位置するように前記ガイドハウジング(140)の一側または両側面の内側に設置されて、前記カムブロック(Cam−Block)(160)が上下方向のみに作動するように誘導するカムブロックガイドローラー(143)と;をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゲートバルブ(100)。 - 前記ガイドハウジング(140)の内側両側面にそれぞれ形成されて前記ガイドローラー(151)がそれぞれ挿入されて誘導され、上下に形成された上下駆動区間溝(146)及び前記上下駆動区間溝(146)の上側に閉鎖方向(c)を向けて連続的に水平方向に形成された開閉駆動区間溝(147)で構成されるLモーションガイド溝(145)と;
その下面内側に前記駆動ロッド(170)の下側が結合され、上側は前記バルブロッド通孔(161)に結合され、その内周縁に沿って前記弾性提供手段(175)が設置されるようにする円筒状連結具(174)と;をさらに含んで構成され、
前記上下駆動手段(180)は、
シリンダー(181)の内部に設置されて空圧によって上下に駆動され、上側に前記駆動ロッド(170)に連結されるピストン(182)をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のゲートバルブ(100)。
