Claims (9)
- 遊星歯車列を有する減速歯車装置にして、回転軸(4)を中心に回転移動されることが可能なプラネットピニオン(11)と、前記プラネットピニオンによって駆動され、プラネットキャリア(13)によって担持されるプラネットシャフト(16)を中心に回転移動されることが可能な衛星型プラネットピニオン(12)とを備え、前記衛星型プラネットピニオンは固定リング歯車(14)上で進行し、前記プラネットキャリアは、前記リング歯車に対して軸方向に側方に位置決めされ、プラネットのピニオン(12)とリング歯車(14)によって形成された歯車対は、潤滑油を使用後に軸方向に噴出するように形状化される、減速歯車装置であって、
プラネットキャリア(13)は、前記歯車対に対向して位置決めされた、前記油をその端部の遠心分離作用によって噴出するようにその軸方向から半径方向に案内および方向付けする手段を形成する表面部分(14)を備えることを特徴とする、減速歯車装置。 - 前記半径方向延長部が部分的トーラス(44)の形態である、請求項1に記載の減速歯車装置。
- 前記半径方向延長部が、プラネットキャリアの円周上に規則的に配置されて、トーラスの内側に延在する回転羽根(42)を担持する、請求項2に記載の減速歯車装置。
- 回転羽根が、共通の回転軸(4)に関する半径方向断面でプラネットキャリア(13)の回転方向の反対方向に内向きに湾曲される、請求項3に記載の減速歯車装置。
- プラネットキャリア(13)を超えて半径方向に延在し、前記半径方向延長部の軸方向対向して位置決めされる少なくとも1つの固定油収集排溝(40)をさらに備える、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の減速歯車。
- 前記半径方向延長部に対向して位置付けられた前記排溝の部分が円錐状の形態である、請求項5に記載の減速歯車装置。
- 円錐状部分が、前記円錐状部分の円周にわたって規則的に分配される、共通の回転軸(4)に関する半径方向断面で、プラネットキャリア(13)の回転方向の反対方向に延在する内向きに湾曲した形状を有する固定羽根(43)を担持する、請求項6に記載の減速歯車装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の減速歯車によって駆動されるファンシャフト(3)を備えるバイパスターボジェットエンジンのファンモジュール。
- 請求項8に記載のファンモジュールを備えるバイパスターボジェットエンジン。
