Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 太陽歯車と、遊星腕に回動可能に取り付けられ、前記太陽歯車と歯合する 複数の遊星歯車と、前記複数の遊星歯車と歯合するリング歯車とを有する遊星歯 車列であって、前記太陽歯車と、遊星歯車と、リング歯車とは、それぞれがやま ば歯車であり、前記太陽歯車と、前記遊星腕と、前記リング歯車のうちの少なく とも2つが中心軸を中心として回動可能にされている遊星歯車列において、潤滑 システムは、 前記遊星腕に対して静止しているとともに、前記遊星歯車のそれぞれの対の中 間にあって周方向に配設され、かつ、前記歯車列へと新たなオイルを供給するた めのオイル供給用導管と、 それぞれの歯車端面に隣接し、かつ、それぞれの歯車端面の軸方向外側にある とともに、前記中心軸に対して静止している使用済みオイルを受けるオイル収集 用チャネルと、 前記それぞれのチャネルから延び、かつ、使用済みオイルを導入するための入 り口を有する少なくとも一つの吐出通路と、を有していることを特徴とする遊星 歯車列。 2. 前記遊星腕に対して静止し、かつ、対となったそれぞれの遊星歯車の中間 にあって、周方向に配設されているとともに、前記遊星腕の複数の内側面の間に 軸方向に延びた複数のバッフルを有しており、それぞれのバッフルの径方向外側 端は、軸方向に延びていて、遊星腕に入り込んだ溝を形成しており、使用済みオ イルを径方向、 かつ、軸方向外側に向かって流して、複数の前記オイル収集チャネルへと吐出さ せていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑システム。 3. 前記オイル供給用導管は、スプレーバーであることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の潤滑システム。 4. 回動する歯車の歯によって形成されるそれぞれの頂点は、歯車の回転方向 の進行方向にある残りの歯の方向に進行して、それぞれの歯車の歯合部内にある オイルを軸方向外側へと押し出すようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の潤滑システム。 5. 回動する歯車によって形成されるそれぞれの頂点は、前記歯車の回動方向 後方にある歯の部分へと戻されるようにされ、歯車の歯合部内のオイルが、軸方 向内側に押し出されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑 システム。 6. 前記太陽歯車と、前記遊星歯車と、前記リング歯車とは、連続やまば歯車 であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の潤滑システム。 7. 前記太陽歯車と、前記遊星歯車と、前記リング歯車とは、不連続やまば歯 車であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の潤滑システム。 8. 太陽歯車と、遊星腕に回動可能に取り付けられ、前記太陽歯車と歯合する 複数の遊星歯車と、前記複数の遊星歯車と歯合するリング歯車と、を有する遊星 歯車列であって、前記太陽歯車と前記遊星腕と、前記リング歯車のうちの少なく とも2つが中心軸を中心として回動可能にされているとともに、前記太陽歯車と 、前記遊星歯車と、前記リング歯車とは、それぞれがやまば歯車である遊星歯車 列において、潤滑システムは、 前記やまば歯車は、互いに回動して、前記各回動可能な歯車の上記歯部によっ て形成されるそれぞれの頂点が、歯車が回動して行く方向にある残りの歯に沿っ て前方に進行して、それぞれの歯車歯合部内のオイルを軸方向外側に押し出すよ うになっており、 前記遊星腕に対して静止しているとともに、前記遊星歯車のそれぞれの対の中 間にあって周方向に配設され、かつ、前記歯車列へと新たなオイルを供給するた めのオイル供給用スプレーバーと、 それぞれの歯車端面に隣接し、かつ、それぞれの歯車端面の軸方向外側にある とともに、前記中心軸に対して静止して使用済みオイルを受けるオイル収集用チ ャネルと、 前記それぞれのチャネルから延び、かつ、使用済みオイルを導入するための入 り口を有する少なくとも一つの吐出通路と、 対となったそれぞれの遊星歯車の中間にあって、周方向に配設されているとと もに、前記遊星腕に対して静止したバッフルと、を有しており、 それぞれのバッフルの径方向内側端は、隣接した前記スプレーバ ーのうちの一つから周方向に離間しているとともに、前記複数のバッフルは、前 記遊星腕の前記複数の内側面の間において軸方向に延びており、それぞれのバッ フルの径方向外側端は、軸方向に延びた溝を形成していて、この溝は、前記遊星 腕に入り込んでいて、使用済みオイルを径方向かつ、軸方向外側に向けて前記オ イル収集チャネル内に流すようになっていることを特徴とする潤滑システム。
