Claims (7)
- ねじ軸及びナットの少なくとも一方を冷却するためのねじ装置用冷却ノズルであって、
前記冷却ノズルは、前記ねじ軸及び前記ナットの少なくとも一方を囲むように配置され、
前記冷却ノズルは、気体が導入される内部通路と、前記内部通路に導入された気体流を放出させる開口と、前記開口に隣接して設けられ、前記開口から放出される気体流を曲げる偏向面と、前記冷却ノズルの外側の気体を引き込む誘導路と、を有するねじ装置用冷却ノズル。 - 前記冷却ノズルは、前記開口よりも上流側に前記ナット又は前記ねじ軸に接続される接続部を有し、
前記誘導路は、前記接続部の外側の気体を前記接続部の内側に取り込む取込み口を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじ装置用冷却ノズル。 - 前記冷却ノズルは、前記冷却ノズルの下流側の端面に外周から内周に近づくに従って下流側に突出するエッジを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のねじ装置用冷却ノズル。
- 前記冷却ノズルは、円弧状の複数の分割ノズルを結合してなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のねじ装置用冷却ノズル。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のねじ装置用冷却ノズルと、
前記ねじ軸及び前記ナットを有するねじ装置と、を備える冷却ノズル付きねじ装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のねじ装置用冷却ノズルと、
前記冷却ノズルの前記内部通路に気体を導入する手段と、を備えるねじ装置用冷却システム。 - 案内レール及びこの案内レールに転動体を介して相対移動可能に組み付けられるブロックの少なくとも一方を冷却するための運動案内装置用冷却ノズルであって、
前記冷却ノズルは、気体が導入される内部通路と、前記内部通路に導入された気体流を放出させる開口と、前記開口に隣接して設けられ、前記開口から放出される気体流を曲げる偏向面と、前記冷却ノズルの外側の気体を引き込む誘導路と、を有する運動案内装置用冷却ノズル。
