−(C(R3)2)d−[Si(R4)2−O]f−Si(R4)2−(C(R3)2)e−、−(C(R3)2)dC(R3)−C(O)O−(C(R3)2)d−[Si(R4)2−O]f−Si(R4)2−(C(R3)2)e−O(O)C−(C(R3)2)e−、又は−(C(R3)2)d−C(R3)−O(O)C−(C(R3)2)d−[Si(R4)2−O]f−Si(R4)2−(C(R3)2)e−C(O)O−(C(R3)2)e−

多環状アルケニル、又はそれらの任意の2種以上の混合体。
Claims (18)
- (a)シアノアクリレート成分、
(b)無水物、及び
(c)マレイミド含有化合物、イタコンイミド含有化合物、又はナジイミド含有化合物
を含む、シアノアクリレート接着剤組成物。 - 無水物が無水フタル酸である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 無水物がジメチル無水マレイン酸である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 無水物が約0.01〜約1.0重量%の範囲内の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- マレイミド含有化合物、イタコンイミド含有化合物、又はナジイミド含有化合物が約0.01重量%〜約5重量%の範囲内の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 安定化する量の酸安定剤及びフリーラジカル阻害剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- シアノアクリレート成分が、H2C=C(CN)−COORの構造(式中、Rは、C1〜15アルキル、アルコキシアルキル、シクロアルキル、アルケニル、アラルキル、アリール、アリル及びハロアルキル基より選択される)の範囲内の物質から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- シアノアクリレート成分が、β−メトキシエチル−2−シアノアクリレートを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- カリックスアレーン、オキサカリックスアレーン、シラクラウン、シクロデキストリン、クラウンエーテル、ポリ(エチレングリコール)ジ(メタ)アクリレート、エトキシル化ヒドロキシル化合物、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される促進剤成分を更に含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- カリックスアレーンが、テトラブチルテトラ[2−エトキシ−2−オキソエトキシ]カリックス−4−アレーンである、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- クラウンエーテルが、15−クラウン−5、18−クラウン−6、ジベンゾ−18−クラウン−6、ベンゾ−15−クラウン−5−ジベンゾ−24−クラウン−8、ジベンゾ−30−クラウン−10、トリベンゾ−18−クラウン−6、asym−ジベンゾ−22−クラウン−6、ジベンゾ−14−クラウン−4、ジシクロヘキシル−18−クラウン−6、ジシクロヘキシル−24−クラウン−8、シクロヘキシル−12−クラウン−4、1,2−デカリル−15−クラウン−5、1,2−ナフト−15−クラウン−5、3,4,5−ナフチル−16−クラウン−5、1,2−メチル−ベンゾ−18−クラウン−6、1,2−メチルベンゾ−5、6−メチルベンゾ−18−クラウン−6、1,2−t−ブチル−18−クラウン−6、1,2−ビニルベンゾ−15−クラウン−5、1,2−ビニルベンゾ−18−クラウン−6、1,2−t−ブチル−シクロヘキシル−18−クラウン−6、asym−ジベンゾ−22−クラウン−6、及び1,2−ベンゾ−1,4−ベンゾ−5−オキシゲン−20−クラウン−7並びにそれらの組み合わせからなる群内の構成物質より選択される、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 耐衝撃性添加剤、チクソトロピー性付与剤、増粘剤、着色剤、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される添加剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物の反応生成物。
- 基材の少なくとも一つに、請求項1に記載のシアノアクリレート含有組成物を塗布するステップと、
接着剤を固着させるのに十分な時間、基材を一体にするステップと、
を含む、二つの基材を接合する方法。 - シアノアクリレート成分を用意するステップと、
無水物と、マレイミド含有化合物、イタコンイミド含有化合物、又はナジイミド含有化合物とを混合して、シアノアクリレート成分と組み合わせるステップと、
を含む、請求項1に記載のシアノアクリレート含有組成物の調製方法。 - シアノアクリレート組成物を用意するステップと、
無水物と、マレイミド含有化合物、イタコンイミド含有化合物、又はナジイミド含有化合物とを混合してシアノアクリレート組成物に供給するステップと、
を含む、シアノアクリレート組成物の硬化生成物に、向上した耐湿性及び/又は耐熱性を付与する方法。 - シアノアクリレート成分を含むシアノアクリレート組成物において、その改良がシアノアクリレート成分に無水物及びマレイミド含有化合物、イタコンイミド含有化合物、又はナジイミド含有化合物を添加して、その硬化された反応生成物の耐湿性及び/又は耐熱性を改良することを含む、シアノアクリレート成分を含むシアノアクリレート組成物。
