Abstract
Description
・アルケニル化ポリジオルガノシロキサン(特に、末端アルケニル基を有する直鎖状重合体)、
・ポリオルガノ水素シロキサン架橋剤及び
・ヒドロシリル化触媒。
付加架橋性シリコーン系のための確立された触媒(ヒドロシリル化触媒)としては、例えば、例えばカルステッド触媒(Pt(0)錯体化合物)などの白金又は白金化合物が挙げられる。
(a)約80〜200個のジメチルポリシロキサン単位からなり、かつ、鎖末端でビニルジメチルシロキシ単位により停止した直鎖又は分岐ジメチルポリシロキサン。典型例は、例えば、末端ビニル基を有する無溶剤型付加架橋性シリコーンオイル、例えばDehesive(登録商標)921又は610であり、両方ともWacker−Chemie GmbHから商業的に入手できる;
(b)典型的にはメチル水素シロキシ単位及びジメチルシロキシ単位からなり、鎖末端がトリメチルシロキシ基又はジメチル水素シロキシ基のいずれかにより満たされている直鎖又は分岐架橋剤。この部類の物質の典型例は、例えば、高い反応性のSi−H基を有する水素ポリシロキサン、例えばWacker−Chemie GmbHから商業的に入手できる架橋剤V24、V90又はV06である;
(c)M単位として、典型的に使用されるトリメチルシロキシ単位のみならずビニルジメチルシロキシ単位も有するシリコーンMQ樹脂。この群の典型例は、例えば、Wacker−Chemie GmbHから商業的に入手できる剥離力調節剤CRA(登録商標)17又はCRA(登録商標)42である;
(d)例えば、一般的にカルステット錯体と呼ばれ、かつ、例えばWacker−Chemie GmbHからKatalysator OLという商品名で市販されている白金−ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン錯体などのシリコーン可溶性白金触媒。
例は、ポリジメチルシロキサン中にビニルポリジメチルシロキサン、架橋剤V24、メチル水素ポリシロキサン及び触媒OI、白金触媒を含むDehesive(登録商標)914である。この系は、Wacker−Chemie GmbHから入手できる。
また、使用が可能なものは、例えば、Wacker−Chemie社製から市販されている、関連する触媒を有する付加架橋性シリコーン剥離系Dehesive(登録商標)940Aであり、このものは、非架橋状態で塗布され、続いて塗布された状態で架橋する。
アセトニトリル、1−ブタノール、クロロベンゼン、クロロホルム(トリクロロメタン)、シクロヘキサン、ジエチルエーテル、1,4−ジオキサン、氷酢酸(酢酸)、無水酢酸、酢酸エチルエステル(酢酸エチル、エタン酸エチル)、酢酸n−ブチルエステル(酢酸n−ブチル)、酢酸t−ブチルエステル(酢酸t−ブチル)、エタノール、メタノール、n−ヘキサン、n−ヘプタン、3−ヘキサノン、2−プロパノール(イソプロパノール)、3−メチル−1−ブタノール(イソアミルアルコール)、塩化メチレン(ジクロロメタン)、メチルエチルケトン(ブタノン)、メチルイソブチルケトン、ニトロメタン(ニトロカルボール)、n−ペンタン、2−ペンタノン、3−ペンタノン、石油エーテル(軽質ベンジン)、ベンジン、プロパノール、ピリジン(アジン)、t−ブチルメチルエーテル、テトラクロロエテン(ペルクロロエテン)、テトラヒドロフラン、トルエン、トリクロロエタン、トリエチルアミン、キシレン、酸素、メタン、エタン、プロパン、プロペン、ブタン、ブテン、二酸化炭素、オゾン、二酸化硫黄、水。
珪藻土、ケイ酸(シリカ)、ゼオライト、充填剤シリケート、及び
鉄、カルシウム、ナトリウム、マグネシウム、酸化バリウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化鉄、酸化マグネシウム、酸化ナトリウム、二酸化チタン、酸化カリウム、酸化ストロンチウム、活性化酸化アルミニウム、及び
カーボンナノチューブ、活性炭、五酸化リン、シラン、及び
水素化カルシウム、水素化バリウム、水素化ストロンチウム、水素化ナトリウム、及び水素化アルミニウムリチウム、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム及びアルミニウムアセチルアセトネート、及び
ポリオレフィン共重合体、ポリアミド共重合体、PETコポリエステル、
無水酢酸、プロピオン酸無水物、無水酪酸、メチルテトラヒドロフタル酸無水物、
ポリアクリル酸及びポリビニルアルコール(これらの材料は、水ゲッターとして非常に適しているからである)
よりなる群から選択される。
10:キャリア層
20:好ましくは連続層としての接着剤を有する、ゲッター材料が充填された中間層
30:不粘着性剥離層
40:追加のキャリア層
好ましくは中間層の連続相を形成する接着剤又は接着化合物の選択において、根本的な制限はない。しかしながら、好ましくは、ラミネート接着剤が使用される。特に好ましくは、接着剤は、感圧接着剤若しくは活性化可能な接着剤、又は活性化可能な感圧接着剤である。
ゲッター材料が充填された様々なライナーを製造した。これらを、23℃及び50%の相対大気湿度の制御された気候室内において実験用ロールラミネーターにより様々な接着テープに積層した。
接着テープを製造するために、様々な感圧接着剤の剤(PSA)を、実験室用被覆装置を使用して、本発明によるものではなくかつ透過物を通さないものではない従来のライナー(このライナーは、Mondi社製のALU I38 UV1型のものであり、アルミ箔キャリアを備える)に溶液から塗布し、そして塗膜を乾燥させた。乾燥後の接着剤の層の厚さは、それぞれの場合に25μmであった。乾燥は、それぞれの場合、実験室用乾燥キャビネット内において120℃で30分間にわたり行った。
接着剤の残留溶剤含有量をヘッドスペースガスクロマトグラフィーにより測定した。約12.5cm2のサイズのサンプル面積を見本サンプルからカットし、金属ワイヤスパイラルに結合させ、そして約22mLのガラス製ヘッドスペースバイアルに移した。
剥離系を、約75μmの厚さのポリエステルキャリア(東レプラスチック精工製Lumirror60.01/75;以下、PET)及び無機バリア層コーティングを有する約30μmの厚さのポリエステルフィルム(凸版印刷製GX−P−F;以下、バリア−PET)上で、実験室用塗布ユニットを使用して以下に示す剥離系配合物を塗布することによって作製した。塗布量は2g/m2であった。塗布後、剥離系を160℃の強制空気オーブン内で30秒間にわたって架橋させた。
フィルムをフラットフィルム共押出によって製造した。このものは、50μmのベース層及び10μmの外層からなるものであった。ベース層は、91.3%(w/w)のポリプロピレンブロック共重合体Novolen2309L(BASF、230℃及び2.16kgで6g/10分のメルトインデックス、エチレン含有量約6.5%(w/w))、8.4%(w/w)の二酸化チタン及び0.3%(w/w)のHALS安定剤Tinuvin770からなる。
ダウ社製ポリプロピレン重合体のInspire D404.01と7C06とを1:1の比で混合し、そして押出した。フィルムを、一層においてフランジ連結フラットダイを有するコペリオン社製二軸押出ユニット(d=25mm、L/d=37)、その後冷却ロールステーション及び1段のショートギャップ延伸ユニットで製造した。ゲッター材料を、重合体成分の溶融及び均質化後に、サイドフィーダーを用いて供給した。
上記の剥離ライナーを、20mmの幅及び300mmの長さを各々有する試験接着テープtesa(登録商標)7475のストリップと結合させた。tesa(登録商標)7475試験テープは、樹脂変性感圧アクリレート接着剤の95g/m2で被覆される厚さ40μmのPVCキャリアを含む。
含水量は、DIN53715(カールフィッシャー滴定)に従って決定した。測定は、オーブンサンプラー(オーブン温度140℃)と連動したカールフィッシャー電量計851で行った。三重の決定を、毎回約0.3gの初期質量で実施した。報告された含水量は、測定値の相加平均である。

雰囲気B:23℃、95%相対大気湿度
雰囲気C:23℃、真空透過防止包装で密封

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの不粘着性剥離層と、少なくとも1種の透過性物質を収着することのできる少なくとも1種のゲッター材料とを含む、接着剤を保護するためのライナーであって、該ゲッター材料が該ライナーの少なくとも1つの層中において分散相として存在するライナー。
- 前記ゲッター材料が塩化コバルト、塩化カルシウム、臭化カルシウム、塩化リチウム、臭化リチウム、塩化マグネシウム、過塩素酸バリウム、過塩素酸マグネシウム、塩化亜鉛、臭化亜鉛、硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸銅、硫酸バリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、硫酸リチウム、硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸コバルト、硫酸チタン、炭酸ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、ゼオライト、カルシウム、マグネシウム、酸化バリウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化ナトリウム、酸化カリウム、酸化ストロンチウム、活性炭、五酸化リン、シラン、水素化カルシウム、水素化バリウム、水素化ストロンチウム、水素化ナトリウム及び水素化リチウムアルミニウム、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、無水酢酸、プロピオン酸無水物、無水酪酸、メチルテトラヒドロフタル酸無水物及びカルボジイミド並びに上記物質の2種以上の混合物よりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のライナー。
- 前記ゲッター材料が塩化カルシウム、酸化カルシウム、三酸化ホウ素、硫酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、硫酸銅、過塩素酸マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム及びゼオライト並びに上記物質の2種以上の混合物よりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のライナー。
- 前記ゲッター材料が酸化カルシウム、硫酸カルシウム、塩化カルシウム及びゼオライト並びに上記物質の2種以上の混合物よりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のライナー。
- 前記ゲッター材料が酸化カルシウム、カルシウム、鉄、バリウム、塩化リチウム及び塩化コバルトよりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のライナー。
- 前記ゲッター材料は、多くとも1体積%が該ゲッター材料を含む層の平均層厚を超える粒度分布の粒子の状態で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のライナー。
- 前記ゲッター材料は、少なくとも10体積%が該ゲッター材料を含む層の平均層厚を超える粒度分布の粒子の状態で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のライナー。
- 前記ライナーが、キャリア層のみならず、キャリア層と不粘着性剥離層との間に配置される中間層も含み、前記ゲッター材料が該中間層中に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のライナー。
- 前記中間層が連続相としての接着剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のライナー。
- 前記ライナーが追加のキャリア層を含み、前記中間層が該2つのキャリア層間に配置された、請求項8又は9に記載のライナー。
- 少なくとも一方の側に、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のライナーで少なくとも部分的に覆われた接着剤。
- 前記ライナーと接触する前の前記接着剤が1000ppm未満の透過物含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の接着剤。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のライナーの、オプトエレクトロニクス部品及び/又は有酸素硬化型接着剤及び/又は湿気硬化型接着のカプセル化のための方法における接着テープの少なくとも片側及び少なくとも部分的な被覆のための使用。
- 請求項5に記載のライナーの、該ライナーで覆われた接着剤の透過物含有量を示すための使用。
- 少なくとも1種の透過性物質を収着することのできるゲッター材料の、接着材を保護するためのライナーに与えるための使用。
