Abstract

本发明提供一种防渗透纸胶带,所述防渗透纸胶带依次设有表面处理层、纸基材层、压敏胶粘剂层A、PET薄膜层、压敏胶粘剂层B。本发明提供的防渗透纸胶带通过在纸基材层与胶粘剂层中间嵌入PET薄膜层,能有效改善喷、刷油漆、或者在胶带背面长时间使用溶剂时,溶剂渗透,以及溶剂渗透后影响胶和纸的结合力,再剥离时,胶已残留到被贴物表面,且溶剂渗透到被贴物表面后会污染、损耗被贴物表面的问题。PET薄膜层还能增强纸的强度和韧性,使其应用贴合大的弯曲和转角时不断裂,同时能增强粘基性,因纸质材料的表面一般凹凸不平的多孔状表面,胶很难完全渗透其中,使用时容易点、片状脱胶,以PET为载体,因其表面能较高,表面平整,与胶具有优良的结合性,使用时不会存在脱胶、残胶等问题。

防渗透纸胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带,尤其是涉及一种防渗透纸胶带。
背景技术
纸胶带采用以纸为基材,涂覆压敏胶胶水,纸质柔和,初粘力好,并具有良好的持粘力,易粘附于各类表面,劳动强度低,可以把遮蔽膜或遮蔽纸牢固地固定在需要的位置,避免滑动,脱落等。适合贴合运动器材、橡塑胶部件及建筑工地、室内、外装潢、装修喷、刷油漆时遮蔽用途。粘性适中,对大多数的平滑表面、弯曲或转角处有很好的贴附性及遮蔽性,作业性良好,使用后快速撕除,不留残胶,因此广泛应用于多个行业。
传统的纸胶带,在装修喷、刷油漆、或者在胶带背面长时间使用溶剂时,溶剂很容易透过胶带层,渗透到被贴物表面,且溶剂易造成胶纸的结合力变差,工程完成后剥离胶带时胶残留在被贴物表面;另外在一些较大的弯曲或转角时,因大多数纸强度低,可形变性低,纸胶带的受力边易撕裂或者断裂。
针对上述缺陷,急需发明一种新的纸胶带来解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防渗透纸胶带能有效改善溶剂的渗透问题,同时具有较高的强度和可形变性,可有效增强纸胶带的强度和韧性,使其应用于大的弯曲和转角时不断裂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种防渗透纸胶带,依次设有表面处理层、纸基材层、压敏胶粘剂层A、PET薄膜层、压敏胶粘剂层B。
进一步地,所述防渗透纸胶带的厚度为0.07-0.15mm。
进一步地,所述表面处理层为有机硅离型层或非硅离型层。
进一步地,所述纸基材层为和纸、美纹纸、美光纸等适合作为胶带基材的纸类材料。
进一步地,所述压敏胶粘剂层A为丙烯酸胶粘剂或者橡胶胶粘剂。
进一步地,所述压敏胶粘剂层B为丙烯酸胶粘剂或者橡胶胶粘剂。
进一步地,所述压敏胶粘剂层A当其干胶厚度在0.010mm时180°剥离力大于1200g/25mm。
进一步地,所述纸基材层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为0.002-0.02mm。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明提供的防渗透纸胶带通过在纸基材层与胶粘剂层中间嵌入PET薄膜层,能有效改善喷、刷油漆、或者在胶带背面长时间使用溶剂时,溶剂渗透,以及溶剂渗透后影响胶和纸的结合力,再剥离时,胶已残留到被贴物表面,且溶剂渗透到被贴物表面后会污染、损耗被贴物表面的问题。PET薄膜层还能增强纸的强度和韧性,使其应用贴合大的弯曲和转角时不断裂,同时能增强粘基性,因纸质材料的表面一般凹凸不平的多孔状表面,胶很难完全渗透其中,使用时容易点、片状脱胶,以PET为载体,因其表面能较高,表面平整,与胶具有优良的结合性,使用时不会存在脱胶、残胶等问题。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来对本发明进行进一步的阐述:
本实施方式提供了一种防渗透纸胶带,依次设有表面处理层1、纸基材层2、压敏胶粘剂层A3、PET薄膜层4、压敏胶粘剂层B5,所述防渗透纸胶带的厚度为0.07-0.15mm。
所述表面处理层为有机硅离型层或非硅离型层,所述纸基材层为和纸、美纹纸、美光纸等适合作为胶带基材的纸类材料,所述压敏胶粘剂层A为丙烯酸胶粘剂或者橡胶胶粘剂,所述压敏胶粘剂层B为丙烯酸胶粘剂或者橡胶胶粘剂。
所述压敏胶粘剂层A当其干胶厚度在0.010mm时,根据标准GB2792压敏胶粘带180°剥离强度测定进行测试,胶带180°剥离力大于1200g/25mm,所述纸基材层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为0.002-0.02mm。
实施例1
优选的在表面处理层选用有机硅离型层,压敏胶粘剂层A和压敏胶粘剂层B选用橡胶胶粘剂,以及纸基材层的厚度为0.05mm,压敏胶粘剂层A的干胶厚度为0.01mm,压敏胶粘剂层B的干胶厚度为0.03mm的情况下进行实验,下面提供几组具体的实验数据:

上表渗透情况和脱胶残胶情况测试方法是从胶带上随机取一块10cm×10cm的胶带,贴附在用酒精洗干净的光滑钢板上,用2.5kg的滚轮碾压3次,然后在该胶带上面刷上油漆隔48小时后,与钢板成180°角拉开胶带后观察该胶带所覆盖的钢板处有无油漆渗透和脱胶残胶情况。
实施例2
优选的在表面处理层选用非硅离型层,压敏胶粘剂层A和压敏胶粘剂层B选用丙烯酸胶粘剂,以及纸基材层的厚度为0.05mm,压敏胶粘剂层A的干胶厚度为0.01mm,压敏胶粘剂层B的干胶厚度为0.03mm的情况下进行实验,下面提供几组具体的实验数据:

1.一种防渗透纸胶带,其特征在于,所述防渗透纸胶带依次设有表面处理层、纸基材层、压敏胶粘剂层A、PET薄膜层、压敏胶粘剂层B。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防渗透纸胶带,其特征在于,所述防渗透纸胶带的厚度为0.07-0.15mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防渗透纸胶带,其特征在于,所述表面处理层为有机硅离型层或非硅离型层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防渗透纸胶带,其特征在于,所述纸基材层为和纸、美纹纸、美光纸等适合作为胶带基材的纸类材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防渗透纸胶带,其特征在于,所述压敏胶粘剂层A为丙烯酸胶粘剂或者橡胶胶粘剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防渗透纸胶带,其特征在于,所述压敏胶粘剂层B为丙烯酸胶粘剂或者橡胶胶粘剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防渗透纸胶带,其特征在于,所述压敏胶粘剂层A当其干胶厚度在0.010mm时180°剥离力大于1200g/25mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防渗透纸胶带,其特征在于,所述纸基材层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为0.002-0.02mm。
