- アニオン性フッ素化オリゴマーの製造方法であって、i)第1官能基を有するフッ素化オレフィンモノマーのオリゴマー化であって、前記第1官能基がアニオン性基に変換し得るものである工程と;ii)前記第1官能基をアニオン性基に変換する工程であって、前記アニオン性基がスルホネート、サルフェート、カルボキシレート、ホスホネート、及びホスフェートからなる群から選択される工程と、を含む方法。
