Claims (12)
- 燃焼室(8)と、蒸発器収容具(10)と、液体燃料の蒸発用の蒸発器要素(12)とを備え、
蒸発器要素(12)は、蒸発器収容具(10)において、燃焼室(8)に面する側で収容され、
少なくとも蒸発器収容具(10)の基部壁(26)の一部に沿って延在する燃焼用空気流路が燃焼用空気案内要素(16;48)と蒸発器収容具(10)との間に形成されるように、燃焼室(8)とは反対に向く蒸発器収容具(10)の側で、蒸発器バーナ(4)は少なくとも一つの燃焼用空気案内要素(16;48)を有することを特徴とする可動性加熱装置(2)用の蒸発器バーナ。 - 燃焼用空気案内要素(16;48)はカップ状に蒸発器収容具(10)の範囲に延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発器バーナ。
- 燃焼用空気案内要素(16;48)は、蒸発器収容具(10)の基部壁(26)の実質的に中央を覆う位置に、燃焼用空気流路内への燃焼用空気の供給用の燃焼用空気流入口(24;56)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蒸発器バーナ。
- 燃焼用空気流路に通じるスリット(18)が蒸発器収容具(10)と燃焼用空気案内要素(16;48)との間に形成されるように、蒸発器収容具(10)に面する側における燃焼用空気案内要素(16;48)の外形は、燃焼用空気案内要素(16;48)に面する側における蒸発器収容具(10)の外形に対応して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器バーナ。
- 燃焼用空気案内要素(16;48)及び蒸発器収容具(10)は、蒸発器収容具(10)の基部壁(26)の上方の実質的に中央に設けられる燃焼用空気流入口(24;56)から少なくとも部分的に径方向外側へ基部壁(26)に沿って燃焼用空気流路が延在し、燃焼用空気流路が燃焼室(8)の周囲においてリング状に形成されるリング状の燃焼用空気プレチャンバー(20)内に通じるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器バーナ。
- 燃焼用空気プレチャンバー(20)は、燃焼室(8)の周囲に形成される燃焼室壁(14)によって燃焼室(8)とは分離され、
燃焼室壁(14)は、燃焼用空気プレチャンバー(20)から燃焼室(8)内への燃焼用空気の供給のための燃焼用空気開口部(22)を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の蒸発器バーナ。 - 蒸発器バーナ(4)は、作動時に周方向の流れ成分が流動燃焼用空気に影響を及ぼすように、蒸発器収容具(10)と燃焼用空気案内要素(48)との間の領域の燃焼用空気流路において流れ案内要素(58)を有することを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の蒸発器バーナ。
- 流れ案内要素(58)は、蒸発器収容具(10)と燃焼用空気案内要素(48)との間において、蒸発器収容具(10)の基部壁(26)の領域にわたって及び/又は蒸発器収容具(10)の周囲壁(30)の領域にわたって延在することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の蒸発器バーナ。
- 蒸発器バーナ(4)は、作動の際に周方向の流れ成分が流動燃焼用空気に影響を及ぼすように、リング状の燃焼用空気プレチャンバー(20)の領域において流れ案内要素(34)を有することを特徴とする請求項5〜8のうちいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器バーナ。
- 燃焼用空気供給部は、燃焼室(8)の作動時に全ての燃焼用空気が、燃焼用空気案内要素(16;48)と蒸発器収容具(10)との間に形成される燃焼用空気流路を経て、その後にリング状の燃焼用空気プレチャンバー(20)を経て供給されるように、形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のうちいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器バーナ。
- 燃焼用空気案内要素(16;48)は、蒸発器収容具(10)と燃焼用空気案内要素(16;48)との間に形成される燃焼用空気流路内に通じる燃焼用空気流入口(24;56)を有し、蒸発器要素(12)に燃料を供給するための燃料供給管(36)が燃焼用空気流入口(24;56)に収容されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のうちいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器バーナ。
- 請求項1〜11のうちいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器バーナ(4)を有することを特徴とする、可動性加熱装置、特に車両加熱装置。
