Abstract
Description
(a)接着剤を、嵌合部の接合面に、および/または該嵌合部と接続させる該パイプ端部の接合面に塗布し;
(b)該パイプと嵌合部を一緒にスライドさせ;ついで
(c)接着剤を硬化させる;
ところの方法であって、
接着剤として(メタ)アクリレート系接着剤を用いることを特徴とする、方法である。
ここで、パイプ接続が第一パイプ端部を第二パイプ端部と一緒にスライドさせることで達成され、一方のパイプ端部がパイプ受入部であり、他方のパイプ端部がパイプ挿入部であり、
パイプ端部を一緒にスライドさせる前に、その接続させる接合面の少なくとも一方に(とりわけ、両方に)接着剤を塗布し、パイプ端部を一緒にスライドさせた後に、接着剤を硬化させるところの方法であって、
接着剤として(メタ)アクリレート系接着剤を用いることを特徴とする、方法である。
(i)(メタ)アクリレートに基づく少なくとも3種の高分子化可能なモノマー成分;すなわち
a)全組成物に対して20−70重量%の量のメタクリル酸メチル、
b)全組成物に対して5−30重量%の量の、メタクリル酸シクロヘキシル、メタクリル酸テトラヒドロフルフリル、メタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル、メタクリル酸ヒドロキシプロピル、メタクリル酸t−ブチルアミノエチル、メタクリル酸シアノエチル、およびメタクリル酸クロロエチルから選択されるが、特にメタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチルおよび/またはメタクリル酸ヒドロキシプロピルである、極性基を有するメタクリル酸エステル、および
c)全組成物に対して0.5−10重量%の量の、酸性モノマー成分、特にメタクリル酸
を含む成分が用いられる。
a)30−60重量%の量のメタクリル酸メチル、
b)合計で5−15重量%の量のメタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチルおよび/またはメタクリル酸ヒドロキシプロピル、
c)0.5〜10重量%、好ましくは1〜5重量%の量のメタクリル酸、
d)合計で5〜70重量%、好ましくは10〜60重量%の量の、衝撃耐性を改善するための、特にクロロスルホニル化および/またはスチレン−アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンのコポリマーを含む、1または複数の成分、
e)合計で0.1〜5重量%の量のペルオキシドに基づく硬化剤、
f)好ましくは、合計で0.01〜5重量%の量の、硬化反応を触媒する触媒成分、
g)合計で0.1〜15重量%の量の安定化剤、
h)好ましくは、合計で0.1〜30重量%の量の、適宜加えられる増粘剤、好ましくは湿式シリカ
を含み、各重量%の表示は全組成物に対するものである。
(i)(メタ)アクリレートに基づく、好ましくはメタクリル酸メチルを含む、少なくとも1つの高分子化可能なモノマー成分、
(ii)好ましくはペルオキシドに基づく硬化剤、
(iii)安定化剤
を含む第一成分と、
(i)(メタ)アクリレートに基づく、好ましくはメタクリル酸メチルを含む、少なくとも1つの高分子化可能なモノマー成分、
(ii)硬化反応に触媒作用を及ぼすための触媒成分、
(iii)安定化剤

(i)第二成分に対して10〜90重量%の総量の、(メタ)アクリレートに基づく、好ましくはメタクリル酸メチルを含む、少なくとも1つの高分子化可能なモノマー成分、
(ii)第二成分に対して0.01〜5重量%の総量の硬化反応に触媒作用を及ぼすための触媒成分、
(iii)第二成分に対して0.1〜5重量%の総量の安定化剤
を含む第二成分とを含む。
(i)第一成分に対して20〜60重量%の量のメタクリル酸メチル、
(ii)第一成分に対して0.1〜5重量%の総量のペルオキシドに基づく硬化成分、
(iii)第一成分に対して0.1〜5重量%の総量の安定化剤、
(iv)第一成分に対して5〜50重量%の総量の衝撃耐性を改善するための成分(いわゆる「衝撃強化剤」)、
(v)好ましくは、第一成分に対して0.5〜20重量%の総量の増粘剤、
(vi)第一成分に対して0.5〜10重量%、好ましくは1〜5重量%の量のメタクリル酸
を含む第一成分と、
(i)第二成分に対して10〜90重量%の量のメタクリル酸メチル、
(ii)第二成分に対して0.01〜5重量%の総量の硬化反応に触媒作用を及ぼすための触媒成分、
(iii)第二成分に対して0.1〜5重量%の総量の安定化剤
(iv)第二成分に対して5〜50重量%の総量の衝撃耐性を改善するための成分(いわゆる「衝撃強化剤」)、
(v)好ましくは、第二成分に対して0.5〜20重量%の総量の増粘剤
を含む第二成分とを含む。この点において、極性基を有するメタクリレート、特にメタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチルおよび/またはメタクリル酸ヒドロキシプロピルは、2つの成分の少なくとも一方に、特に第一成分に、その目的とする成分に対して5〜15重量%の総量で含まれることが好ましい。
a)30〜60重量%の量のメタクリル酸メチル、
b)5〜15重量%の総量のメタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチルおよび/またはメタクリル酸ヒドロキシプロピル、
c)0.5〜10重量%、好ましくは1〜5重量%の量のメタクリル酸、
d)5〜70重量%の、好ましくは10〜60重量%の総量の、衝撃耐性を改善するための1または複数の成分(特に、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレンおよび/またはスチレン−アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンのコポリマーが挙げられる)、
e)0.1〜5重量%の総量のペルオキシドに基づく硬化剤、
f)好ましくは0.01〜5重量%の総量の、硬化反応に触媒作用を及ぼすための触媒成分、
g)0.1〜15重量%の総量の安定化剤、
h)好ましくは0.1〜30重量%の総量の、適宜加えられる増粘剤、好ましくは湿式シリカ
を含み、
重量%の表示は、各々、全組成物に対するものであり、
ここで、全組成物は、2つの成分(a)および(b)、すなわち、
(i)成分(a)に対して20〜60重量%の量のメタクリル酸メチル、
(ii)成分(a)に対して0.1〜5重量%の総量のペルオキシドに基づく硬化成分、
(iii)成分(a)に対して0.1〜5重量%の総量の安定化剤、
(iv)成分(a)に対して5〜50重量%の総量の衝撃耐性を改善するための成分(いわゆる「衝撃強化剤」)、
(v)好ましくは、成分(a)に対して0.5〜20重量%の総量の増粘剤、
(vi)1〜5重量%の量のメタクリル酸
を含む第一成分(a)と、
(i)成分(b)に対して10〜90重量%の量のメタクリル酸メチル、
(ii)成分(b)に対して0.01〜5重量%の総量の、硬化反応に触媒作用を及ぼすための触媒成分、
(iii)成分(b)に対して0.1〜5重量%の総量の安定化剤、
(iv)成分(b)に対して5〜50重量%の総量の、衝撃耐性を改善するための成分(いわゆる「衝撃強化剤」)、
(v)好ましくは、成分(b)に対して0.5〜20重量%の総量の増粘剤
を含む第二成分(b)に分けられる。
a)30〜60重量%の量のメタクリル酸メチル、
b)5〜15重量%の量のメタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル、
c)1〜5重量%の量のメタクリル酸、
d)10〜60重量%の総量の、衝撃耐性を改善するための成分、
e)0.1〜5重量%の量のペルオキシドに基づく硬化剤、
f)0.01〜5重量%の量の、硬化反応に触媒作用を及ぼすための触媒成分、
g)0.1〜15重量%の総量の安定化剤、
h)0.5〜20重量%の量の増粘剤
を有しており、
ここで、重量%の表示は、各々、全組成物に対するものである。
Claims (13)
- プラスチックパイプを嵌合部を用いて粘着的に接続する方法で、
(a)接着剤を、嵌合部の接合面に、および/または該嵌合部と接続させる該パイプ端部の接合面に塗布し;
(b)該パイプと嵌合部を一緒にスライドさせ;ついで
(c)接着剤を硬化させる;
ところの方法であって、
接着剤として(メタ)アクリレート系接着剤を用いることを特徴とする、方法。 - プラスチックパイプを粘着的に接続する方法で、
ここで、パイプ接続が第一パイプ端部を第二パイプ端部と一緒にスライドさせることで達成され、一方のパイプ端部がパイプ受入部であり、他方のパイプ端部がパイプ挿入部であり、
ここで、パイプ端部を一緒にスライドさせる前に、その接続させる接合面の少なくとも一方に接着剤を塗布し、パイプ端部を一緒にスライドさせた後に、接着剤を硬化させる
ところの方法であって、
接着剤として(メタ)アクリレート系接着剤を用いることを特徴とする、方法。 - 接着剤が、塗布手段によって、特にはけ塗りによって塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 組み立て前の接合面での接着剤のフィルム厚が0.1mm〜3mm、好ましくは0.3mm〜1.5mm、特に0.2mm〜0.6mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- パイプと嵌合部が、またはパイプとパイプが、歪むことなく一緒にスライドすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性プラスチック、特にPVC、ABS、ASA、ABS/ASA、またはPETに基づくプラスチックパイプに関与することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 接合させる部分が異なるプラスチック材料でできていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 接着剤が溶媒を10重量%未満、好ましくは5重量%未満、特に2重量%未満で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プラスチックパイプが圧力パイプに関与することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- パイプ接続が、飲用水ライン、工業用水ラインおよび/または加圧排水に用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- パイプ端部の間に嵌合挿入部があってもなくてもよい少なくとも2つのプラスチックパイプでできている、飲用水ライン、工業用水ラインおよび/または加圧排水に適するパイプネットワークであって、相互に接続される接合部の接合面が(メタ)アクリレート系接着剤で結合されることを特徴とするパイプネットワーク。
- (メタ)アクリレート系接着剤が、その全組成において、
a)30〜60重量%の量のメタクリル酸メチル、
b)5〜15重量%の総量のメタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチルおよび/またはメタクリル酸ヒドロキシプロピル、
c)0.5〜10重量%、好ましくは1〜5重量%の量のメタクリル酸、
d)5〜70重量%の総量の、衝撃耐性を改善するための1または複数の成分(特にクロロスルホニル化ポリエチレンおよび/またはスチレン−アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンのコポリマーを含む成分)、
e)0.1〜5重量%の総量のペルオキシドに基づく硬化剤、
f)硬化反応を触媒する触媒成分、
g)0.1〜15重量%の総量の安定化剤、
h)適宜加えられる増粘剤、好ましくは湿式シリカ
を含み、
ここで、「重量%」の表示が、各々の場合で、全組成物に基づくものである、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法、または請求項11に記載のパイプ接続体。 - (メタ)アクリレート系接着剤の全組成物が、2成分(a)および(b)に分けられる、すなわち、
(i)成分(a)に基づき20〜60重量%の量のメタクリル酸メチル、
(ii)成分(a)に基づき0.1〜5重量%の総量のペルオキシドに基づく硬化成分、
(iii)成分(a)に基づき0.1〜5重量%の総量の安定化剤、
(iv)成分(a)に基づき5〜50重量%の総量の衝撃耐性を改善するための成分(「衝撃強化剤」)、
(v)好ましくは、成分(a)に基づき0.5〜20重量%の総量の増粘剤、
(vi)成分(a)に基づき1〜5重量%の量のメタクリル酸
を含む第一成分(a)と、
(i)成分(b)に基づき10〜90重量%の量のメタクリル酸メチル、
(ii)成分(b)に基づき0.01〜5重量%の総量の、硬化反応に触媒作用を及ぼすための触媒成分、
(iii)成分(b)に基づき0.1〜5重量%の総量の安定化剤、
(iv)成分(b)に基づき5〜50重量%の総量の、衝撃耐性を改善するための成分(「衝撃強化剤」)、
(v)好ましくは、成分(b)に基づき0.5〜20重量%の総量の増粘剤
を含む第二成分(b)に分けられることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法またはパイプ接続体。
