Abstract
Description
従来、複数の金属部品を接合する技術は、複数の鉄系金属の接合のために最初に開発された複数の技術を適用することによりもたらされてきた。
本発明の目的は、押出しの原理に基づき、複数の軽金属部品を工業的規模で接合するための装置を提供することであり、結果として、高い残留応力、変形、熱クラック又は腐食の異常の問題のような、過度な加熱の不都合を排除することで、主要な問題がなくなる。
本発明は、請求項1に述べられた特色によって特徴づけられる装置に関する。本発明の好ましい実施形態は、従属請求項により開示される。
Claims (13)
- アルミニウムのような複数の軽金属の固相接合のための装置であり、接合される前記複数軽金属部品を分離しているグルーブへフィラー金属のストリングを付加するために連続押出しの原理を利用し、駆動スピンドル・ヘッド(14)で終端する回転駆動スピンドル(13)を備える装置であって、
前記駆動スピンドル・ヘッド(14)の外表面(15)に機械加工され、押出しチャンバ(16)を構成する円弧形状を有したグルーブと、
前記押出しチャンバ(16)が、前記駆動スピンドル・ヘッド(14)を取り囲む環状の固定金属シュー(17)によって、半径方向外側が制限されること、
前記押出しチャンバ(16)が、前記フィラー金属のストリング(26)の向きを、前記押出しチャンバ(16)内の円形移動から、ダイ・オリフィス(19)を通過する外向きに変える、一体型、又は、交換可能な接合部材(18)で終端すること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記固定金属シュー(17)の中の前記ダイ・オリフィス(19)が、
前記駆動スピンドル・ヘッド(14)の、自由で、円形で、及び、実質的に平面状の側部に配置されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記駆動スピンドル・ヘッド(14)が、
円錐台形、又は、円筒形状を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記駆動スピンドル・ヘッド(14)を取り囲む前記固定金属シュー(17)が、
前記押出しチャンバ(16)の両側の制限されたエリア内における、前記駆動スピンドル・ヘッド(14)の表面にタイトに接触するように、前記駆動スピンドル・ヘッド(14)の前記円錐台形又は円筒形の表面に適合された内側表面を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記装置が、
前記ダイ・オリフィス(19)、及び、前記接合される各部品、から離れている、前記フィラー金属のストリング(26)の局部的な加熱手段(20)と共に提供されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記局部的な加熱(20)手段が、
前記接合される各部品、及び、前記ダイ・オリフィス(19)から離れている前記フィラー金属(26)のストリングが、所与の温度まで加熱され得るように配置された、電気抵抗加熱、誘導加熱手段、又は、他のジュール加熱手段を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記駆動スピンドル(13)が、
前記金属シュー(17)に、一端で取り付けられるように配置された、環状のスピンドル・ハウジング(21)によって保護されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記駆動スピンドル(13)と前記環状のスピンドル・ハウジング(21)との間にベアリング(24)を備えること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記押出しチャンバ(16)を構成する前記グルーブの幅が、
押出される前記フィラー金属(26)のストリングの直径に慎重に適合されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記押出しチャンバ(16)を形成する前記グルーブの幅及び深さが、
前記フィラー金属のストリング(26)の直径より小さく、その一方で、前記グルーブの断面積が、前記フィラー金属ストリングの断面積より僅かに大きいこと、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記固定金属シュー(17)の前記金属が、
硬化された鋼合金であること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記接合部材(18)は、
取り外し及び交換が容易に可能であるように、前記接合部材の自由端が、前記金属シュー(17)のスロット内に保持されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記接合部材(18)が、
前記金属シュー(17)と一体化された部品であること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
