Claims (11)
- 特に燃焼室内へ燃料をダイレクトに噴射するための内燃機関の燃料噴射設備のための燃料噴射装置用切り離し要素であって、前記燃料噴射装置が、少なくとも1つの燃料噴射弁(1)と、該燃料噴射弁(1)のための受容孔(20)とを含み、前記切り離し要素(24)が前記燃料噴射弁(1)の弁体(22)と前記受容孔(20)の壁との間に挿入されている前記切り離し要素において、
前記切り離し要素(24)が漸進的非直線弾性特性曲線を備えた固体リンクとして実施され、少なくとも1つの当接カラー(28,28’)が球形状またはボール状に実施された弁当接面(29)を有し、該弁当接面が平らなリング領域(30)から上方へ延在し、該平らなリング領域(30)が支持台座(31)を基盤とし、該リング領域(30)の内面(34)が、前記当接カラー(28,28’)よりも、および、前記受容孔(20)の前記壁で支持されている前記支持台座(31)よりも小さな内径(Di)を有していることを特徴とする切り離し要素。 - 前記切り離し要素(24)が一体または多体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切り離し要素。
- 前記当接カラー(28)が周回して延在するように実施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の切り離し要素。
- 前記当接カラー(28)が少なくとも3つの当接カラー部分(28’)によって形成され、これらの当接カラー部分がそれぞれ15゜ないし45゜の周方向延在部を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の切り離し要素。
- 少なくとも1つの水平方向または鉛直方向のマイクロスリット(33)が、前記切り離し要素(24)の外側面または下稜を起点として該切り離し要素内に形成されていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の切り離し要素。
- 前記マイクロスリット(33)が0.03mmと0.3mmの間の幅を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の切り離し要素。
- 前記支持台座(31)の内面(26)がテーパ状に延在し、その結果該支持台座(31)はその最大内径(Ds)を前記切り離し要素(24)の下稜に有していることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の切り離し要素。
- 前記切り離し要素(24)が3つまたは4つの互いに固定結合される構成部分(35,36,37,40)から組み立てられていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の切り離し要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの当接カラー(28,28’)が第1の構成部分(35)から形成され、他方第2の構成部分としてのスペーサディスク(36)の下側に第3の構成部分としての段付きリングディスク(37)が係合していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の切り離し要素。
- 前記スペーサディスク(36)は、その厚さ(高さ)および半径方向の延在態様を介して前記支持台座(31)のサイズが調整され、且つその厚さ(高さ)を介して前記第1の構成部分(35)と前記スペーサディスク(36)との間に形成されているリングスリット(39)のサイズも同時に調整されるので、前記切り離し要素(24)の剛性増大の調整に用いられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の切り離し要素。
- 前記燃料噴射弁(1)のための前記受容孔(20)がシリンダヘッド(9)内に形成され、該受容孔(20)が、該受容孔(20)の延在部に対し垂直に延在する肩部(23)を有し、該肩部上に前記切り離し要素(24)がその前記支持台座(31)でもって載置されていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の切り離し要素。
