Claims (7)
- 回転電気機械のロータ(1)であって、前記ロータ(1)の軸(X−X’)に沿って延びるとともに、所定の極ピッチ(Θp)を伴う複数の外周極領域(7)を規定するように、前記ロータ(1)の磁石本体(2)の外周部分(5)と中央部分(6)との間に一定間隔で分布される第1の凹部(4)内に配置される複数の永久磁石(3)から形成される複数の交互に並ぶ北(N)極および南(S)極を備え、前記永久磁石(3)が第1の多角形径方向領域と第1の軸方向対称面とを有し、前記極領域(7)がローブ(8)を外側に形成する第2の径方向領域と第2の軸方向対称面とを有する、ロータ(1)において、前記ローブ(8)は、前記極領域(7)のそれぞれで径方向に循環する有効磁束(ΦU)を最大にするように、且つ、前記外周部分(5)で周方向に循環する漏れ磁束(ΦL)を最小にするように、前記永久磁石(3)と部分的に重なり合い、前記極領域(7)は、前記有効磁束(ΦU)を最大にするように、且つ、前記漏れ磁束(ΦL)を最小にするように、所定の極重なり角(Θr)を有し、前記極重なり角(Θr)は、前記ロータの前記軸(X−X’)の1つのポイントから見る前記ローブ(8)の角度であり、前記極領域(7)は、前記有効磁束(ΦU)を最大にするように、且つ、前記漏れ磁束(ΦL)を最小にするように、所定の重なり比率(R)を有し、前記重なり比率(R)は、前記所定の極ピッチ(Θp)に対する前記極重なり角(Θr)の比率に等しく、前記重なり比率(R)が0.35〜0.50の間にほぼ含まれることを特徴とする回転電気機械のロータ(1)。
- 前記第1の径方向領域は、前記中央部分(6)に近い楔の形態を成す部分に隣接する、前記外周部分(5)に近い長方形部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電気機械のロータ(1)。
- 少なくとも複数の第2の凹部(9)を備え、これらの第2の凹部(9)は、軸方向に延びるとともに、前記中央部分(6)と前記外周部分(5)との間の前記ロータ(1)の中間部分で前記永久磁石(3)間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の回転電気機械のロータ(1)。
- 非磁性ブレースが前記第2の凹部(9)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転電気機械のロータ(1)。
- 前記永久磁石(3)がフェライトから成ることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の回転電気機械のロータ(1)。
- 前記外周部分(5)が軸方向溝(15)を更に備え、これらの軸方向溝は、前記極領域(7)間に配置されて前記永久磁石(3)と対向するとともに、前記第1の凹部(4)の開口を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の回転電気機械のロータ(1)。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のロータ(1)を備えることを特徴とする回転電気機械。
