Claims (5)
- 先端部近傍に軸方向に沿って延びる複数の線材部が周方向に並んで配置される管体と、
前記管体の内部に挿通され、前記管体の先端部に連結された芯材と、を有する拡張デバイスであって、
前記線材部は、前記管体が軸方向に圧縮されることで径方向外側へ拡張する拡張部と、前記拡張部の先端側に形成されて前記拡張部よりも曲げ剛性が低い先端側脆弱部と、前記拡張部の基端側に形成されて前記拡張部よりも曲げ剛性が低い基端側脆弱部と、を有する拡張デバイス。 - 前記先端側脆弱部および基端側脆弱部は、材料、周方向への幅、および厚さの少なくとも1つが前記拡張部と異なることで前記拡張部よりも曲げ剛性が低く設定される請求項1に記載の拡張デバイス。
- 前記管体は、周方向に隣接する前記拡張部の間に主スリットが形成され、当該主スリットの先端側および基端側の少なくとも一方から複数に分岐する分岐スリットが形成され、当該分岐スリットが設けられることで前記先端側脆弱部および基端側脆弱部の少なくとも一方の周方向への幅が前記拡張部よりも狭く設定される請求項1または2に記載の拡張デバイス。
- 前記拡張部は、X線造影性材料を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の拡張デバイス。
- 前記芯材は、前記拡張部の内側に位置する部位にX線造影性材料を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の拡張デバイス。
