Claims (5)
- 生体管腔内の物体を切削するための医療デバイスであって、
モータと、
前記モータからの回転力を受けて回転可能であって内周面から外周面へ貫通する隙間を有する駆動シャフトと、
前記駆動シャフトの遠位側に連結されて回転可能であり、径方向外側へ拡張可能な切削部と、
前記駆動シャフトの近位側に連結される従動歯車と、
前記従動歯車に噛み合い、前記モータと連結される駆動歯車と、
前記モータおよび前記駆動歯車の間に設けられる第1隔壁と、を有する医療デバイス。 - 前記第1隔壁は、前記モータから延びる回転軸が貫通される請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記駆動歯車は、前記第1隔壁と、前記第1隔壁と向かい合う位置の第2隔壁との間に配置される請求項1または2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記駆動シャフトの隙間は、前記第1隔壁と前記第2隔壁との間の空間と連通する請求項3に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記駆動シャフトは、駆動シャフトのルーメンを有し、
前記駆動シャフトのルーメンに挿入されるシャフト部と、
前記シャフト部の遠位側に配置されて拡張可能な複数の素線を有するフィルター部と、を有し、
前記フィルター部は前記切削部よりも遠位側に配置可能である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
