Claims (15)
- 血管内に挿入されて血栓、プラーク、アテロームまたは石灰化病変を除去する医療デバイスであって、
回転可能である駆動シャフトと、
前記駆動シャフトを回転可能に収容する外管と、
前記駆動シャフトの遠位部に固定されて物体を切削する切削部と、
前記駆動シャフトおよび外管の近位部に配置されるハブ部と、を有し、
前記ハブ部は、
前記駆動シャフトの軸方向へ貫通する貫通孔が形成され、当該貫通孔を前記駆動シャフトが貫通し、流体を外部へ放出する吸引口が当該貫通孔の一部である第1空間部と連通して形成され、当該吸引口に前記外管のルーメンが前記第1空間部を介して連通する第1ハウジングと、
前記第1ハウジングの近位側に、前記第1ハウジングに対する前記駆動シャフトの軸方向への位置が固定されて配置されており、軸方向へ貫通する貫通孔が形成され、当該貫通孔を前記駆動シャフトが貫通し、外部から液体を送液される送液口が当該貫通孔の一部である第2空間部と連通して形成され、当該送液口に前記駆動シャフトのルーメンが前記第2空間部を介して連通する第2ハウジングと、
前記第2ハウジングと駆動シャフトの間に前記第2ハウジングに固定されて設けられて前記駆動シャフトに対して第1の摩擦抵抗を備えて滑る第1シール部と、
前記第2ハウジングと駆動シャフトの間に前記第2ハウジングに固定されて設けられて前記駆動シャフトに対して第2の摩擦抵抗を備えて滑る第2シール部と、を有し、
前記第1の摩擦抵抗は前記第2の摩擦抵抗よりも小さく、前記第1シール部は前記第2シール部の遠位側に位置する医療デバイス。 - 前記第1シール部および駆動シャフトの間の直径クリアランスは、前記第2シール部および駆動シャフトの間の直径クリアランスよりも大きい請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第1シール部および第2シール部は、前記駆動シャフトとの間に直径クリアランスを有する請求項1または2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第2シール部は、前記駆動シャフトに接触する請求項1または2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第1シール部および第2シール部は、前記駆動シャフトに接触する請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第1シール部および第2シール部は、異なる材料により形成される請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第1シール部は、前記第2シール部よりも摩擦抵抗が小さい請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第2シール部は、前記第1シール部よりも柔軟である請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。+
- 前記駆動シャフトの前記第1シール部および第2シール部と接する部位は、内周面と外周面の間に流通性を有さない管体である請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第1シール部および第2シール部は、軸方向に並んで配置されて軸方向に対向する面同士が接触している請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記駆動シャフトは、前記第2ハウジングの内部で前記第2シール部よりも遠位側に配置されて径方向へ突出するリング状のシール補助部を有し、
前記第1シール部は、前記シール補助部の遠位面、近位面および外周面の少なくとも1つと近接する請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記ハブ部は、前記第1ハウジングおよび第2ハウジングを収容するケーシングを有する請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記ハブ部は、前記駆動シャフトを回転させる駆動部を有する請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記ハブ部は、前記駆動シャフトの前記第2シール部よりも近位側に直結して前記駆動シャフトを回転させる駆動部を有する請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第1シール部および第2シール部の少なくとも一方は、高粘性材料を塗布されている請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
