Claims (9)
- 電気化学反応にて発電を行うとともに発電により生じた燃焼排ガスを排出する燃料電池モジュールと、
貯湯水を貯湯する貯湯槽と、
前記貯湯水が循環する貯湯水循環ラインと、
前記貯湯水循環ラインに設けられ電気モータによって駆動される貯湯水循環ポンプと、
前記燃焼排ガスと前記貯湯水との間で熱交換が行われる熱交換器と、
前記貯湯水循環ラインに気泡が生じたことを検出する気泡検出部と、
前記気泡検出部による気泡検出信号にて前記貯湯水循環ポンプの作動を所定時間停止させた後、復帰させる制御装置と、を備えた燃料電池システム。 - 前記気泡検出部は、前記熱交換器の内部温度又は前記熱交換器の出口温度が閾値を超えた時に、前記気泡検出信号を発生させる請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記気泡検出部は、前記電気モータへの入力値に対する前記貯湯水循環ポンプの回転数が閾値を越えた場合に前記気泡検出信号を発生させる請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記貯湯水循環ラインの水圧が閾値よりも低くなったことを検出する水圧低下検出部と、
前記水圧低下検出部による水圧低下検出信号にて前記貯湯水循環ラインを流れる前記貯湯水の流量を増大させるように前記貯湯水循環ポンプの動作を制御する制御部とを、を備えた請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記水圧低下検出部は、前記貯湯水循環ラインの前記熱交換器よりも上流側の設けられた圧力スイッチを有する請求項4に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 電気化学反応にて発電を行うとともに発電により生じた燃焼排ガスを排出する燃料電池モジュールと、
貯湯水を貯湯する貯湯槽と、
前記貯湯水が循環する貯湯水循環ラインと、
前記燃焼排ガスと前記貯湯水との間で熱交換が行われる熱交換器と、
商用電力系統を切り離して発電継続に必要な前記燃料電池システムの補機に必要な電力を供給しつつ外部の自立用コンセントに電力を供給可能な停電自立運転を行っている状態では、前記燃焼排ガスの熱量と前記熱交換器の入口の前記貯湯水の温度に基づいて、前記補機のうち前記燃料電池モジュールの出力電力のうちの余剰電力を吸収する補機の最大負荷出力を制限する最大負荷出力制限制御部と、を備えた燃料電池システム。 - 前記燃焼排ガスの前記熱量は、水素と反応させるための前記燃料電池モジュールに送り込まれるカソードエアの流量と前記熱交換器の入口の温度との積である請求項6に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記余剰電力を吸収する補機はヒータである請求項6項に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記ヒータは、前記熱交換器の前記燃焼排ガスの入口に設けられて、燃焼触媒を活性温度までに加熱する燃焼触媒ヒータである請求項8に記載の燃料電池システム。
