Claims (3)
- 燃料と酸化剤ガスとにより発電する燃料電池と、
改質用原料と改質水とから前記燃料を生成する改質部と、
少なくとも前記燃料電池のアノードオフガスを燃焼させて前記改質部を加熱する燃焼部と、を備えた燃料電池システムであって、
前記燃料電池システムの排熱を回収する排熱回収システムと、
前記燃料電池、前記改質部、前記燃焼部および前記排熱回収システム、ならびにそれらに入出する流体、のうち少なくともいずれか一つの物理量の状態を検出する検出センサと、
前記検出センサの出力信号に基づいて前記燃料電池システムを制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記検出センサの出力信号が第1の判定時間以上継続して前記検出センサの通常の使用範囲を超えた範囲である第1の判定範囲外にあるか否かに基づいて、該検出センサが故障であるか否かを判定するセンサ故障判定手段と、
前記検出センサの出力信号が前記第1の判定時間より長い第2の判定時間以上継続して前記第1の判定範囲より狭くかつ該第1の判定範囲に全範囲が含まれる前記検出センサの通常の使用範囲を超えない範囲である第2の判定範囲外にあるか否かに基づいて、該検出センサの検出対象である前記物理量の状態が異常であるか否かを判定する状態異常判定手段と、
前記各判定手段による判定結果を記憶する記憶手段と、
を備えている燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1において、前記制御装置は、前記センサ故障判定手段が前記検出センサが故障であると判定したときには、前記状態異常判定手段による判定を禁止する判定禁止手段をさらに備えている燃料電池システム。
- 請求項1において、前記検出センサと検出対象が同一であり該検出センサの代替となる代替検出センサを備えている場合において、前記制御装置は、前記センサ故障判定手段が前記検出センサが故障であると判定した後に、前記代替検出センサの出力信号が前記第2の判定時間以上継続して前記第2の判定範囲外にあるか否かに基づいて、該代替検出センサの検出対象である前記物理量の状態が異常であるか否かを判定する代替状態異常判定手段と、前記検出センサが故障である旨の警告をする警告手段と、を備えている燃料電池システム。
