Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係る真空断熱材1の概略構成を示す断面図である。なお、図1を含む以下の図面では、各構成部材の寸法の関係や形状等が実際のものとは異なる場合がある。各構成部材の具体的な寸法等は、以下の説明を参酌した上で判断すべきものである。
本実施の形態に係る断熱箱について説明する。上記の実施の形態1では真空断熱材及びその製造方法について説明したが、上記実施の形態1に係る真空断熱材1を断熱箱に使用することで、断熱性能の高い断熱箱を得ることができる。
Claims (8)
- 繊維集合体からなる芯材と、
少なくとも水分を吸着する吸着剤と、
通気性を有するシート状の部材を用いて構成され、前記吸着剤を包装する包材と、
この包材により包装された前記吸着剤と前記芯材を被覆すると共に内部が減圧密封された外包材と、
を備え、
前記包材は、熱融着を用いずに、前記吸着剤を包装していることを特徴とする真空断熱材。 - 前記包材は、ひねり包装又は折畳み包装により、前記吸着剤を封かんしていることを
特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記包材は、結さつ包装により、前記吸着剤を結さつしていることを
特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記包材の通気度は、5cm3/cm2/s以上、50cm3/cm2/s以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記包材は、紙、不織布、又は多孔質プラスチックフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記吸着剤は、酸化カルシウム、シリカゲル、又はゼオライトであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱材。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱材を備えることを特徴とする断熱箱。
- 少なくとも水分を吸着する吸着剤を、熱融着を用いずに、通気性を有するシート状の部材を用いて構成された包材により包装する工程と、
前記包材により包装された前記吸着剤と繊維集合体からなる芯材を外包材により被覆する工程と、
前記外包材の内部を減圧密封する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする真空断熱材の製造方法。
