Claims (4)
- 回転軸を中心に回転し、基材及び前記基材上に形成された樹脂コーティング層を備える斜板と、
前記斜板の回転に伴って進退動するとともに半球凹状の摺動面が形成されたピストンと、
前記斜板に摺接する平坦状の端面部及び前記ピストンの摺動面に摺接する球面部が形成されたシューと、を備え、
前記斜板の前記樹脂コーティング層の膜厚を選択的に厚くしたことを特徴とする斜板式コンプレッサ。 - 前記樹脂コーティング層は、前記斜板の上死点を0°とした場合、0°以上180°以下の範囲で選択的に厚くすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の斜板式コンプレッサ。
- 前記樹脂コーティング層の選択的に厚くした箇所の厚さは、5μm以上100μm以下である特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の斜板式コンプレッサ。
- 前記樹脂コーティング層は、固体潤滑剤を含有した樹脂皮膜であり、前記固体潤滑剤は、MoS2、黒鉛、WS2、h−BN、PTFE、CF、グラファイトから1種以上選択され、前記樹脂皮膜は、熱硬化性樹脂を用いてPAIまたはPIであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の斜板式コンプレッサ。
