Abstract
Description
磁気検出素子と該磁気検出素子の動作に必要な磁界を形成するためのマグネットはもともと磁気シールドカバーがない状態において、適切な動作磁界が得られるように配置される。
[磁気検出型エンコーダおよび磁気シールドカバーの構成]
まず、図1から図3を参照して、第1実施形態に係る磁気検出型エンコーダおよび磁気シールドカバーの構成について説明する。図1は第1実施形態に係る磁気検出型エンコーダの縦断面図である。図2は第1実施形態に係る磁気検出型エンコーダの横断面図である。図3は第1実施形態に係る磁気シールドカバーの外観構成の斜視図である。
次に、図1から図7を参照して、第1実施形態に係る磁気検出型エンコーダおよび磁気シールドカバーの作用について説明する。図4は本来の磁束の流れを説明するための図である。図5は従来の磁気シールドカバーの外観構成の斜視図である。図6は従来の磁気シールドカバーの磁束の流れを説明するための図である。図7は磁気検出素子の動作磁界の変化を説明するための図である。図8は第1実施形態に係る磁気シールドカバーの外部磁界遮蔽状況を説明するための図である。
次に、図9および図10を参照して、第2実施形態に係る磁気検出型エンコーダ用磁気シールドカバー、および当該磁気シールドカバーを備えた磁気検出型エンコーダの構成について説明する。図9は第2実施形態に係る磁気シールドカバーの一例の斜視図である。図10は第2実施形態に係る磁気シールドカバーの他例の斜視図である。

Claims (6)
- 磁気の検出を行う磁気検出素子と、該磁気検出素子の動作に必要な磁界を形成するためのマグネットを有する磁気ドラムと、を覆う磁気検出型エンコーダ用磁気シールドカバーであって、
軟磁性部と非磁性部とを有し、
前記軟磁性部は磁気検出素子の動作磁界に影響を与えない部位に配置され、前記非磁性部は磁気検出素子の動作に必要な磁界が形成されている範囲に配置されることを特徴とする磁気検出型エンコーダ用磁気シールドカバー。 - 前記軟磁性部は軟磁性体で形成され、前記非磁性部は空気層で形成されている請求項1に記載の磁気検出型エンコーダ用磁気シールドカバー。
- 前記空気層は、軟磁性体の一部を切り欠いて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の磁気検出型エンコーダ用磁気シールドカバー。
- 前記軟磁性部は軟磁性体で形成され、前記非磁性部は合成樹脂材料で形成されている請求項1に記載の磁気検出型エンコーダ用磁気シールドカバー。
- 前記軟磁性体の外側もしくは内側に前記合成樹脂材料が装着された複合体で構成され、前記非磁性部には、前記軟磁性体が存在しないことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の磁気検出型エンコーダ用磁気シールドカバー。
- 磁気の検出を行う磁気検出素子と、該磁気検出素子の動作に必要な磁界を形成するためのマグネットを有する磁気ドラムとが、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の磁気検出型エンコーダ用磁気シールドカバーで覆われていることを特徴とする磁気検出型エンコーダ。
