Claims (9)
- 剛体の本体部分、及び
本体の壁部を備える柔軟な本体部分であって、前記壁部の1つ以上の長さ部に1つ以上のチャンネル、溝、又はセパレーションが設けられている柔軟な本体部分、を備え、
少なくとも一部分が、ステンレス鋼、ニチノール、チタン、硬質プラスチック、ポリカーボネート、COC、又は同様な材料から成ることを特徴とする内在のカテーテル。 - 内在カテーテルを作る方法であって、
ポリマーを所望の温度にまで加熱し、
剛体の本体部分、本体の壁部を備える柔軟な本体部分であって、前記壁部の1つ以上の長さ部に1つ以上のチャンネル、溝、又はセパレーションが設けられている柔軟な本体部分、及び一端部において鋭利化された部分を形成すべく、かつ、前記カテーテル本体の少なくとも一部分を貫通している1つ以上の軸方向の開口を備えるカテーテル本体を形成すべく、前記加熱されたポリマーを用いて内在のカテーテルを射出成形し、
前記内在のカテーテルの少なくとも一部分に外側スリーブを施し、そして前記内在のカテーテルの少なくとも一部分を前記外側スリーブでもって外側被覆するステップを備え、 前記外側被覆することは、前記外側スリーブを押出加工し、及び前記内在のカテーテルの少なくとも一部分に組み立てる、ステップを備えることを特徴とする内在カテーテルを作る方法。 - 皮膚に接触する接着剤層、少なくとも1つのカテーテルスリーブ、及び内在のカテーテルを備える内側カテーテルハブと、
前記内側カテーテルハブを実質的に覆い、そして皮膚に接触する接着剤層を備える外側ハブと、
前記内側カテーテルハブと前記外側ハブとの間に柔軟に延在する衝撃隔絶手段であって、ここで前記衝撃を隔絶する部材は、前記内側カテーテルハブを前記外側ハブ内で柔軟に固定し、そして前記皮膚に接触する接着剤層によって一旦固定されると、実質的に前記外側ハブからの前記内側カテーテルハブへの運動の連通を防止すべく構成された衝撃隔絶手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする注入装置。 - 前記内在のカテーテルの鋭利な先端部が前記カテーテルスリーブの一端を過ぎて引き込まれるように、前記内在のカテーテルを前記カテーテルスリーブに対して引き込む引き込み手段、
単一の配置動作がカテーテル及び導入ニードルの組織への導入、カテーテルの正しい深さへの設置、及び導入ニードルの引き込みを許容すべく構成されたスナップ作用機構によって支持されている内側ハブ、及び
外側ハブの平らな表面を越えて延在する内側ハブと、外側ハブの外部表面を皮膚に向けて押圧することがカテーテルとカニューレを組織内に導入し、そして鋭利な先端部が鈍なカニューレの端部の上方に再位置付けされるように導入ニードルを引き込むような内側ハブのための格納システム、
の少なくとも1つをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の注入装置。 - 皮膚に接触する接着剤層、少なくとも1つ格納可能なカテーテル、及び鈍なカニューレを備える内側カテーテルハブ、
実質的に前記内側カテーテルハブを覆い、そして皮膚に接触する接着剤層を備える外側ハブ、及び
前記内側カテーテルハブと前記外側ハブとの間に柔軟に延在する衝撃隔絶手段であって、ここで前記衝撃を隔絶する部材は、前記内側カテーテルハブを前記外側ハブ内で柔軟に固定し、そして前記皮膚に接触する接着剤層によって一旦固定されると、実質的に前記外側ハブからの前記内側カテーテルハブへの運動の連通を防止すべく構成された衝撃隔絶手段、
を備えることを特徴とする注入装置。 - 前記格納可能なカテーテルの鋭利な先端部が前記鈍なカニューレの一端を過ぎて引き込まれるように、前記格納可能なカテーテルを前記鈍なカニューレに対して引き込む引き込み手段、
単一の配置動作が格納可能なカテーテル及び鈍なカニューレの組織への導入、格納可能なカテーテルの正しい深さへの設置を許容すべく構成されたスナップ作用機構によって支持されている内側ハブ、及び格納可能なカテーテルを引き込むべく構成されたレバー、
外側ハブの平らな表面を越えて延在する内側ハブと、外側ハブの外部表面を皮膚に向けて押圧することが格納可能なカテーテルと鈍なカニューレを組織内に導入するような内側ハブのための格納システムと、鋭利な先端部が鈍なカニューレの端部の上方に再位置付けされるように格納可能なカテーテルを引き込むべく構成されたレバー、
の少なくとも1つをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の注入装置。 - 中実のロッドを形成、鋳造、押出加工、射出成形、又は機械加工して、カテーテルであって、前記カテーテル本体の少なくとも一部分を通過する複数の別個の軸方向の溝を備える複数空腔のカテーテルを創造し、
前記カテーテル本体の少なくとも一部分に外側スリーブを施し、
前記カテーテル本体の少なくとも一部分を前記外側スリーブでもって外側被覆し、
前記外側スリーブを押出加工し、そして前記押し出された外側スリーブを前記カテーテル本体の少なくとも一部分に組み立て、そして
前記複数空腔のカテーテルの外表面と前記外側スリーブの内表面との間に前記空腔を作るべく、前記複数空腔のカテーテルの外表面に複数の溝を形成するステップを備えることを特徴とする内在のカテーテルを作る方法。 - ハブと、
双数空腔のカテーテルであって、第1の組織空間及び第2の組織空間をそれぞれ標的にすべく、前記カテーテルの少なくとも一部分を貫通している複数の別個の軸方向の開口、及び第1の組織空間を標的にすべく構成された第1のカテーテル本体、及び第2の組織空間を標的にすべく構成された第2のカテーテル本体を備える複数のカテーテル本体、の少なくとも1つを備える双数空腔のカテーテルと、
前記第1の組織空間を標的にするために、ボーラス投与の注入を前記双数空腔のカテーテルの第1の軸方向の開口に向け、かつ前記第2の組織空間を標的にするために、基本的な注入を前記双数空腔のカテーテルの第2の軸方向の開口に向けるべく構成されたバルブと、
注入ポンプであって、即効性のインスリンを前記第1の組織空間に供給すべく構成された貯留部、及び遅効性のインスリンを前記第2の組織空間に供給すべく構成された少なくとも1つの貯留部、ボーラス投与の配送を前記第1の組織空間に供給すべく構成された貯留部、及び基本的な配送を前記第2の組織空間に供給すべく構成された少なくとも1つの貯留部、及びボーラス投与の注入を前記第1の組織空間に、及び基本的な注入を前記第2の組織空間に供給するための単一の貯留部、の少なくとも1つを備える注入ポンプ、
を備えることを特徴とする双数空腔の注入装置。 - 本体部分、及び
本体の壁部であって、前記壁部には、第1の組織空間及び第2の組織空間を標的にすべく1つ以上の半径方向又は軸方向の開口、チャンネル、溝、又はセパレーションが設けられている本体の壁部、
