Abstract
【解決手段】 入力側に設けられ、レバー操作により入力される回転トルクの伝達および遮断を制御するレバー側クラッチ部11と、出力側に設けられ、レバー側クラッチ部11からの回転トルクを出力側へ伝達すると共に、出力側から逆入力される回転トルクを遮断するブレーキ側クラッチ部12とからなり、ブレーキ側クラッチ部12は、回転トルクが出力される鋼製の出力軸22と、回転が拘束されたブレーキ側側板25と、ブレーキ側側板25に取り付けられ、出力軸22への圧入により出力軸22との間に生じる摩擦力によって出力軸22に回転抵抗を付与する樹脂製の摩擦リング39とを備え、出力軸22の摩擦リング39との接触面22gに、凸部比率を低減させる表面処理を施す。

Claims (6)
- 入力側に設けられ、レバー操作により入力される回転トルクの伝達および遮断を制御するレバー側クラッチ部と、出力側に設けられ、前記レバー側クラッチ部からの回転トルクを出力側へ伝達すると共に、出力側から逆入力される回転トルクを遮断するブレーキ側クラッチ部とからなり、
前記ブレーキ側クラッチ部は、回転トルクが出力される鋼製の出力側部材と、回転が拘束された静止側部材と、前記静止側部材に取り付けられ、前記出力側部材への圧入により出力側部材との間に生じる摩擦力によって前記出力側部材に回転抵抗を付与する樹脂製の制動部材とを備え、前記出力側部材の前記制動部材との接触面に、凸部比率を低減させる表面処理を施したことを特徴とするクラッチユニット。 - 前記出力側部材の前記制動部材との接触面は、鍛造仕上げされている請求項1に記載のクラッチユニット。
- 前記出力側部材の前記制動部材との接触面は、切削仕上げされている請求項1に記載のクラッチユニット。
- 前記表面処理の粗さパラメータを粗さ曲線のスキューネスRskとし、その粗さ曲線のスキューネスRskを0よりも小さくした請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチユニット。
- 前記表面処理をショットブラスト加工とした請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチユニット。
- 前記レバー側クラッチ部と前記ブレーキ側クラッチ部が自動車用シートリフタ部に組み込まれている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチユニット。
