Abstract
【解決手段】タッチパネル検査装置1は、ワークホルダ52と、疑似指21と、XY移動機構53と、記憶部17と、電空レギュレータ42,43と、パネル信号取得部19と、を備える。ワークホルダ52には、検査対象物であるタッチパネル100をセット可能である。疑似指21は、ワークホルダ52にセットされたタッチパネル100に接触可能である。XY移動機構53は、疑似指21をタッチパネル100に対して移動させる。記憶部17は、疑似指21の加圧力の設定値を変更可能に記憶する。電空レギュレータ42,43は、記憶部17に記憶された設定値に基づいて、疑似指21をタッチパネル100に接触させる加圧力を調整する。パネル信号取得部19は、タッチパネル100が出力する電気信号を取得する。

Claims (5)
- 検査対象物であるタッチパネルをセット可能な保持部と、
前記保持部にセットされたタッチパネルに接触可能な疑似指と、
前記疑似指を前記タッチパネルに対して相対的に移動させることで、前記疑似指が前記タッチパネルに接触する位置を変更する接触位置変更部と、
前記疑似指の加圧力の設定値を変更可能に記憶する加圧力設定記憶部と、
前記加圧力設定記憶部に記憶された設定値に基づいて、前記疑似指を前記タッチパネルに接触させる加圧力を調整する加圧力調整部と、
前記タッチパネルが出力する電気信号を取得する取得部と、
を備えることを特徴とするタッチパネル検査装置。 - 請求項1に記載のタッチパネル検査装置であって、
前記疑似指を前記タッチパネルから離れさせる方向の力を当該疑似指に加える重量キャンセル部を備えることを特徴とするタッチパネル検査装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のタッチパネル検査装置であって、
前記加圧力設定記憶部は、前記疑似指の加圧力ゼロに相当する設定値を記憶可能であることを特徴とするタッチパネル検査装置。 - 請求項1から3までの何れか一項に記載のタッチパネル検査装置であって、

前記疑似指を収容する収容室を形成するとともに、前記疑似指を直線移動可能に支持するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングと前記疑似指との間に静圧気体軸受を形成するために供給される圧縮気体の経路である軸受用気体経路と、
前記疑似指を前記タッチパネルに近づける方向の力を当該疑似指に作用させるために供給される圧縮気体の経路である推力気体経路と、
前記疑似指を前記タッチパネルから離れさせる方向の力を当該疑似指に作用させるために供給される圧縮気体の経路であるキャンセル気体経路と、
を備え、
前記加圧力調整部は、前記推力気体経路に供給する圧縮気体の圧力と、前記キャンセル気体経路に供給する圧縮気体の圧力と、のうち少なくとも何れかを制御することにより、前記疑似指を前記タッチパネルに接触させる加圧力を調整することを特徴とするタッチパネル検査装置。 - 請求項1から4までの何れか一項に記載のタッチパネル検査装置であって、
前記疑似指は複数備えられ、
前記加圧力調整部は、前記疑似指を前記タッチパネルに接触させる加圧力を、それぞれの前記疑似指について調整可能であることを特徴とするタッチパネル検査装置。
