Claims (17)

  1. 6〜200個のアミノ酸残基の長さを有する自己集合ペプチドまたはそのペプチド模倣物を含む処方物であって、
    前記自己集合ペプチドまたはペプチド模倣物は、組織特異的成分および/または疎水性尾部をさらに含み、
    前記組織特異的成分および/または疎水性尾部は、前記ペプチドまたはペプチド模倣物を特異的細胞型または組織型に標的化し、または特異的細胞型または組織型に結合させ、
    前記処方物は5mM未満の濃度のイオンを含み、
    前記自己集合ペプチドまたはペプチド模倣物の濃度は、5mMを超える濃度のイオンへの曝露により、体液の移動および/または汚染に対するバリア形成に有効である、前記処方物。
  2. 前記自己集合ペプチドが、以下の式IからIV:

    の1つ以上に適合するアミノ酸残基の配列を有するペプチドを含み、式中、
    Xaaneuは、中性電荷を有するアミノ酸残基を表し、
    Xaaは、正電荷を有するアミノ酸残基を表し、
    Xaaは、負電荷を有するアミノ酸残基を表し、
    xおよびyは、それぞれ1、2、3、または4の値を有する整数であり、
    nは、1〜5の値を有する整数である、
    請求項1に記載の処方物。
  3. 前記自己集合ペプチドが、式IIIまたは式IVに適合するアミノ酸残基の配列を含む、請求項2に記載の処方物。
  4. Xaaneuがアラニンを表し、Xaaがアルギニンまたはリジンを表し、そしてXaaがアスパラギン酸またはグルタミン酸を表す、請求項3に記載の処方物。
  5. 前記アミノ酸残基が、天然に存在するアミノ酸残基を含む、請求項2に記載の処方物。
  6. 前記アミノ酸残基が、天然由来ではないアミノ酸残基である、請求項2に記載の処方物。
  7. 前記自己集合物質が、ペプチド模倣物である、請求項6に記載の処方物。
  8. 前記ペプチド模倣物が、α−ペプチド、β−ペプチド、γ−ペプチド、δ−ペプチド、およびらせんまたはシート構造を取りえるバックボーンを有するオリゴマーからなる群より選択される、請求項7に記載の処方物。
  9. 自己集合ペプチドまたは自己集合ペプチド模倣物の濃度が、0.1%〜99%である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の処方物。
  10. 身体上もしくは身体中への投与のための薬学的に許容される担体またはマトリックスまたは支持物質をさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の処方物。
  11. 前記薬学的に許容される担体またはマトリックスまたは支持物質が、医療装置もしくは移植片上のコーティングとして、または重合体のマトリックス、ヒドロゲル、布、縫糸、もしくはスポンジ中に取り込まれる、乾燥粉末、液体、懸濁物および溶液からなる群より選択される、請求項10に記載の処方物。
  12. 0.5% v/w〜5.0% v/wの自己集合ペプチド濃度を有する液体である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の処方物。
  13. 一つ以上の治療薬、予防薬、診断薬または細胞をさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の処方物。
  14. 一つ以上の治療薬、予防薬または診断薬が、血管収縮薬、着色薬、鎮痛剤、抗微生物薬、抗炎症薬、成長因子、栄養薬およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される、請求項13に記載の処方物。
  15. 自己集合ペプチドまたはそのペプチド模倣物が、配列番号1〜59からなる群より選択される、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の処方物。
  16. 組織特異的成分および/または疎水性尾部が、配列番号126〜409からなる群より選択される、請求項1〜15に記載の処方物。
  17. 自己集合ペプチドまたはそのペプチド模倣物が、配列番号60〜125からなる群より選択される1つ以上の付加的アミノ酸配列をさらに含む、請求項1〜15に記載の処方物。
