Claims (6)
- 巻芯(3)のまわりを前記巻芯(3)の中心線に対して傾斜する軌跡において回動するノズル(4)と、前記ノズル(4)を介して巻き掛けられる線材(2)を前記巻芯(3)へと案内する線材掛架部材(21,22)と、前記線材掛架部材(21,22)に対して前記巻芯(3)を相対回転させる巻芯回転機構とを備え、
前記線材掛架部材(21,22)が前記巻芯(3)の接線方向に延びるものであって、
前記線材掛架部材(21,22)は、前記ノズル(4)の回動中心と前記巻芯の中心線の双方を含む平面(H)を挟む前記巻芯(3)の両側に、前記巻芯(3)の回転方向に先端を向けて基端が取付けられ、
前記巻芯(3)に前記線材(2)を斜めに順次巻回する
ことを特徴とする巻線装置。 - 線材掛架部材(21,22)の巻芯(3)の外周に接触又は近接する最短点から先端までの長さ(L)が線材(2)の直径の1.5〜3倍である請求項1記載の巻線装置。
- 線材掛架部材(21,22)はピン状物であって、その断面形状は円形または楕円形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻線装置。
- 線材掛架部材(21,22)の径は先端と基端とで異なり、基端の径は先端の径より大であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻線装置。
- 巻芯(3)のまわりを前記巻芯(3)の中心線に対して傾斜する軌跡において回動するノズル(4)と、前記ノズル(4)を介して巻き掛けられる線材(2)を前記巻芯(3)へと案内する線材掛架部材(21,22)と、前記線材掛架部材(21,22)に対して前記巻芯(3)を相対回転させる巻芯回転機構とを用い、前記巻芯(3)に前記線材(2)を斜めに順次巻回する巻線方法であって、
前記線材掛架部材(21,22)を前記ノズル(4)の回動中心と前記巻芯(3)の中心線の双方を含む平面(H)を挟む前記巻芯(3)の両側に前記巻芯(3)の接線方向に延びるように設け、
前記ノズル(4)を介して巻き掛けられる前記線材(2)を前記線材掛架部材(21,22)に掛け回した後に円周方向に移動させて前記線材掛架部材(21,22)の先端から外して前記巻芯(3)へと案内する
ことを特徴とする巻線方法。 - 線材掛架部材(21,22)の巻芯の外周に接触又は近接する最短点から先端までの長さ(L)を線材(2)の直径の1.5〜3倍として、前記線材掛架部材(21,22)に2〜3回前記線材(2)が掛け回された後の線材(2)を前記線材掛架部材(21,22)の先端から前記巻芯(3)へと案内する請求項5記載の巻線方法。
