Claims (16)
- 自動車の運行中の衝突と衝突による衝撃量とを検出する衝突感知部と、
バッテリーの出力電流量を検出するバッテリーセンサーと、
前記衝突感知部で提供される衝撃量と前記バッテリーセンサーで提供される前記バッテリーの出力電流量とを分析して衝突電流、短絡電流、過電流の発生を判定して電源遮断制御を実行する制御部と、
前記制御部の制御により大容量負荷要素に供給されるバッテリー電源を遮断するスイッチと、
を含む自動車のバッテリー電源遮断装置。 - 前記衝突感知部は、衝撃量を検出するエアバッグセンサーあるいは瞬間加速度を検出するGセンサーから構成される、請求項1に記載の自動車のバッテリー電源遮断装置。
- 前記バッテリーセンサーは、シャント抵抗から構成される、請求項1に記載の自動車のバッテリー電源遮断装置。

- 前記制御部は、基準以上の衝撃量の検出で事故発生が判定され、且つ前記バッテリーの出力電流量が設定された第1電流量を超えて第1基準時間の間持続する場合、事故発生による高圧ケーブルの短絡、ケーブル心線の露出、または負荷装置の破損による衝突電流発生と判定する、請求項1に記載の自動車のバッテリー電源遮断装置。
- 前記制御部は、事故発生が判定されない状態で、前記バッテリーの出力電流量が設定された第2電流量を超えて第2基準時間の間持続する場合、過電流発生と判断する、請求項1に記載の自動車のバッテリー電源遮断装置。
- 前記制御部は、事故発生が判定されない状態で、前記バッテリーの出力電流量が設定された第3電流量を超えて第1基準時間の間持続する場合、短絡電流の発生と判断する、請求項1に記載の自動車のバッテリー電源遮断装置。
- 前記制御部は、衝突電流、過電流、短絡電流のうちのいずれか一つあるいは一つ以上の発生が判定されると、駆動部を通じて前記スイッチをオフさせて前記大容量負荷要素であるスタータ、オルタネータ、自動車負荷に供給される前記バッテリー電源を遮断する、請求項1に記載の自動車のバッテリー電源遮断装置。
- 自動車に印加される衝撃量とバッテリーの出力電流量とを検出する過程と、
前記衝撃量と前記バッテリーの出力電流量とを分析して衝突電流、短絡電流、過電流の発生が検出されるか判断する過程と、
前記衝突電流、短絡電流、過電流のうちのいずれか一つ以上が検出されると、大容量負荷に供給されるバッテリー電源を遮断する過程と、
を含む自動車のバッテリー電源遮断方法。 - 前記衝突電流、短絡電流、過電流のうちのいずれか一つの検出により前記大容量負荷に供給される前記バッテリー電源の遮断が実行されると、異常電流の発生情報および電源遮断情報を所定の形式で出力して迅速な対応を誘導する、請求項11に記載の自動車のバッテリー電源遮断方法。
- 前記衝突電流、短絡電流、過電流のうちのいずれか一つの検出により前記大容量負荷に供給される前記バッテリー電源を遮断した状態で、非常電源負荷には常時電源を供給して前記自動車の非常状態を警告する、請求項11に記載の自動車のバッテリー電源遮断方法。
- 前記衝撃量が事故発生と判定され、且つ前記バッテリーの出力電流量が設定された第1電流量を超えて第1基準時間の間持続する場合、高圧ケーブルの短絡またはケーブル心線の露出による衝突電流発生と判定する、請求項11に記載の自動車のバッテリー電源遮断方法。
- 前記衝撃量が事故発生と判定されず、且つ前記バッテリーの出力電流量が設定された第2電流量を超えて第2基準時間の間持続する場合、過電流発生と判断する、請求項11に記載の自動車のバッテリー電源遮断方法。
