Claims (5)
- 배터리 본체에 고정되는 하부의 포스트와 상기 포스트의 상부에 분리 가능하게 장착되는 부싱으로 이루어지는 배터리 단자와, 차량 충돌의 감가속도를 전압으로 변환하여 출력하는 가속도 센서와, 상기 가속도 센서에 연결되어 가속도 센서에서 출력된 전압을 기준전압과 비교하여 기준전압보다 높은 경우에 충돌 감지 신호를 출력하는 비교기와, 상기 비교기에 베이스전극이 연결되고 충돌 감지 신호에 따라 도통되어 출력 전류를 이미터전극을 통해 출력하는 트랜지스터와, 상기 트랜지스터의 이미터전극에 연결되어 출력되는 전류에 의해 ON되는 릴레이 및 상기 릴레이에 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 포스트와 부싱 사이의 측면에 설치되어 전기적인 힘에 의해 부싱을 상승시켜 포스트에서 분리하는 분리수단으로 구성되는 차량 충돌시 배터리전원 차단장치에 있어서;상기 분리수단은 릴레이에 전기적으로 연결되고 포스트에 고정되게 설치되어 전기가 공급될 때마다 소정각도씩 회전하는 모터와,상기 부싱의 일측면에 돌출형성되는 고정돌기와,상기 모터의 축에 축삽되고 고정돌기 하부에 접촉하도록 위치되어 모터가 회전하는 경우에 같이 회전하면서 고정돌기를 상부로 들어올려 부싱을 상승시키는 회전구로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 충돌시 배터리전원 차단장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전구는 가로변과 세로변의 길이가 서로 다른 사각판의 형상으로, 변의 중앙부에는 회전구가 위치하는 요홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 충돌시 배터리전원 차단장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 모터, 회전구, 고정돌기는 포스트에 고정 설치된 베이스와, 부싱에 고정 설치된 커버에 의해 보호되고 외부로 노출되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 충돌시 배터리전원 차단장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분리수단이 설치된 포스트의 반대 측에는 포스트의 외주면을 따라 가이드편이 고정 설치된 채 상부로 돌출되어, 상승하는 부싱을 가이드하면서 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 충돌시 배터리전원 차단장치.
