Abstract
Description
を導出するエラー補正段階を行う。エラー補正段階は、エンジン角速度の積分およびエンジン慣性モーメントを用いてエンジン出力トルクを導出し、エンジン出力トルク、エンジン静的トルクおよび負荷トルクを用いてエンジン過渡トルクを導出することができる。また、エラー補正段階は、エンジン出力トルクからエンジン静的トルクを除去し、負荷トルクを合算してエンジン過渡トルクを導出することができる。

Claims (8)
- センサーで測定されたエンジン角速度、データマップによって導出されたエンジン静的トルク、および走行負荷による負荷トルクから、エンジン過渡トルクを導出するエラー補正段階と、
前記エンジン静的トルクおよび前記エンジン過渡トルクからエンジン角速度推定値を導出する角速度導出段階と、
前記エンジン角速度推定値と前記エンジン角速度との差である差異値を用いた積分値に、前記差異値を用いたエラー補償値を加えて、変速機クラッチのスリップによるクラッチトルク推定値を導出する結果導出段階と、を含んでなることを特徴とする、変速機クラッチトルク推定方法。 - 前記角速度導出段階は、前記結果導出段階で推定された前記クラッチトルク推定値のフィードバックを受け、前記エンジン静的トルク、前記エンジン過渡トルクおよび前記クラッチトルク推定値を共に考慮して前記エンジン角速度推定値を導出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機クラッチトルク推定方法。
- 前記エラー補正段階は、前記エンジン角速度の積分およびエンジン慣性モーメントを用いてエンジン出力トルクを導出し、前記エンジン出力トルク、前記エンジン静的トルクおよび前記負荷トルクから前記エンジン過渡トルクを導出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機クラッチトルク推定方法。
- 前記エラー補正段階は、前記エンジン出力トルクから前記エンジン静的トルクを除去し、前記負荷トルクを合算して前記エンジン過渡トルクを導出することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の変速機クラッチトルク推定方法。
- 前記エラー補正段階は、導出された前記エンジン過渡トルクを低域通過フィルタリングして前記エンジン過渡トルクの最終結果として導出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機クラッチトルク推定方法。
- 前記角速度導出段階は、前記エンジン静的トルクと前記エンジン過渡トルクを合算し、エンジン慣性モーメントを用いて前記エンジン角速度推定値を逆に導出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機クラッチトルク推定方法。
- 前記結果導出段階は、前記エンジン角速度推定値と前記エンジン角速度との差異値に係数(L3)を掛けて前記エラー補償値を導出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機クラッチトルク推定方法。
- 過渡状態におけるエンジン出力トルクに該当するエンジン過渡トルクを導出するエラー補正段階と、
エンジン静的トルクおよび前記エンジン過渡トルクからエンジン角速度推定値を導出する角速度導出段階と、
前記エンジン角速度推定値とエンジン角速度との差である差異値を用いた積分値に、前記差異値を用いたエラー補償値を加えて、変速機クラッチのスリップによるクラッチトルク推定値を導出する結果導出段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、変速機クラッチトルク推定方法。
