Claims (4)
- 軌道部材と、多数の転動体を介して前記軌道部材に組み付けられ、互いに交差する内側方向転換路及び外側方向転換路を含んで構成された複数の転動体無限循環路を有する移動部材と、を備えた転がり案内装置において、
前記移動部材は、前記転動体の負荷転走面、転動体の戻し通路及びこれら負荷転走面と戻し通路を繋ぐ前記内側方向転換路の内周側案内面を有する本体部材と、前記軌道部材の各側面に対応して本体部材の移動方向の各端面に一対ずつ配置されると共に前記内側方向転換路の外周側案内面及びこれに交差する前記外側方向転換路の内周側案内面を有する中間部材と、前記中間部材を覆うようにして本体部材の移動方向両端面に固定されると共に前記外側方向転換路の外周側案内面を有する一対の蓋体と、を備え、
前記蓋体と前記本体部材との間には凹部及び凸部が隙間なく嵌合する位置決め機構が設けられる一方、
前記本体部材と前記中間部材との間、及び前記蓋体と前記中間部材との間には凹部及び凸部が隙間を有して嵌合する誤差吸収機構が設けられていることを特徴とする転がり案内装置。 - 前記本体部材と前記中間部材との間に設けられた誤差吸収機構では、前記本体部材の端面に沿った一方向に関してのみ前記凹部と凸部との間に隙間が設けられ、また、
前記蓋体と前記中間部材との間に設けられた誤差吸収機構では、前記一方向と直交する他方向に関してのみ前記凹部と凸部との間に隙間が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。 - 前記本体部材の移動方向の各端面には、前記内側方向転換路の内周側案内面を備えた内周側案内体が前記軌道部材の各側面に対応して一対ずつ固定され、
前記本体部材と内周側案内体との間には凹部及び凸部が隙間なく嵌合する位置決め機構が設けられる一方、
前記内周側案内体と中間部材との間には凹部及び凸部が隙間を有して嵌合する誤差吸収機構が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の転がり案内装置。 - 前記本体部材の移動方向の各端面には、前記位置決め凸部となる位置決めプレートが設けられ、
前記内周側案内体は、前記位置決めプレートに位置決め固定されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の転がり案内装置。
